Discovered by chance, returning home after the holidays in early January. Truly hospitable, the service was prompt and courteous, and the food was excellent. Mrs. Daniela told us the story of her ancestors and the pasta factory they opened in the late 1800s. I must mention the ricotta and spinach tortelli she made, which are without a doubt the best I've ever tasted, with a delicate ragù. We took some portions home, which I ate again today, finding them superb. The ribollita soup, the lemon veal cutlet, the baked potatoes, and the bruschetta and crostini as appetizers were delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't try the wine because I had to drive. The price was fair. If I may say so, this cuisine certainly reflects passion and a heartfelt craft, and believe me, the result shows. I highly recommend it.

Very nice, family-run restaurant. Lots of locals.
Very good quality.
We had tomato mozzarella and bruschetta for starters, and grilled mango filet mignon and arugula and grana pasta for main courses.

The atmosphere is very friendly, as is the service. The spelt and bean soup was excellent, as was the grilled sea bream, the flan, and the grilled aubergines, which were thin and well-cooked. A bit disappointing with the roast potatoes. They also serve as a pizzeria, and from the looks of it, they looked good. Overall, a good dinner.

We came here encouraged by the very good reviews, and indeed the atmosphere was nice and people generally friendly. However, the pasta with shrimp was far from what we expected: the pasta tasted reheated, and to our surprise there were actually two different types of pasta in the same dish… not exactly Italian. We mentioned it to the waitress, who assured us everything was fresh — and that was the end of the conversation.
To be fair, the tagliata di manzo was good. We didn’t make a fuss and simply left. Perhaps it was just an unfortunate mistake… or maybe we were a little too much of the “tourist type.” Either way, a pity.

Writing this to counter some of the ridiculous one and two star reviews. We’ve been coming here for years, and the service and food is consistently good. The beer is cold, they have a decent wine list, and the pizza is much better than average.
