Guglielmo the owner, William to friends, is passionate about everything to do with the sea. He and his team transform fish into art on a plate. Very good food and atmosphere.

Mandatory stop Every time we return to this splendid restaurant, it is always a confirmation. There are no surprises, except positive ones! The quality of the raw materials is simply impeccable, accompanied by a service that combines professionalism and friendliness. And then, the tuna steak... the best I've ever eaten! If you are in Castiglione della Pescaia, you cannot miss this unique culinary experience. It is the perfect place for those looking for exceptional cuisine and food that remains in the heart. Well done guys

Ottimo ristorante di pesce, con piatti molto particolari e curati, che non è facile trovare in altri ristoranti di pesce, con un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Personalegentile. lista dei vini ampia e con buone etichette anche di nicchia

We didn't stumble upon it by chance; This restaurant is recommended by the Michelin guide and deserves all the mentions. Excellent value for money; Very fresh raw materials of excellent quality, competent and friendly waiters Thanks for the nice experience

Dopo tanti anni siamo voluti tornare in questo ristorante ed è stata una bellissima sorpresa!!piatti veramente ottimi tradizionali ed anche un po’ rivisitati con pesce fresco personale di sala tutto giovanissimo e molto preparato!!lbuonissimo il cacciucco e le linguine cotte nell’impepata di cozze!!bravissimi tutti ritorneremo sicuramente!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

08/01/2025: I give the overall 5 stars because even if the environment is dated, the excellent fish dishes, the service and the honest prices make up for it in a big way, deserving top marks! PS: I recommend a mixed hot and cold starter and spaghetti alla pescatora

05/12/2024: Nous avions un très bon souvenir et nous avons retenté l’expérience. Mais nous avons été déçu La salle est triste très peu de couleurs pas de fleurs. Aucun plat ne nous a impressionné, pas un plat qui ne soit chaud , pas de saveur particulière beaucoup d’herbes Dommage Un serveur particulièrement attentif compétent et sympathique c’était très agréable. Nous l’avons retrouvé pour l’excellent petit déjeuner
19/10/2024: This exquisite Restaurant is a hidden treasure in the town of Montemerano- worth the special travel to the somewhat remote location. The food is produced from ingredients that come from the family’s produce and the availability from seasonal vegetables. The Restaurant is very homey in style and very comfortable. Service was incredible and we got everything explained by the chef’s son who was helpful also with the wine list. The food is a very sophisticated take off of classic Pasta dishes and some amazing inventive ideas that are tasty and make you wonder..
