Willing, courageous and innovative kids who proposed a splendid idea in a difficult context.
We can discuss pizza which perhaps does not perfectly reflect the idea of pizza to which we have always been accustomed. I like it, for example, but I would prefer other doughs, other flours, other ingredients. But there is no doubt that the desire to enhance local products, a lightly processed, pure and authentic grain in addition to the countless Calabrian ingredients, cannot fail to be appreciated.
Wonderful location, small but comfortable structure, in the middle of the countryside of San Floro, in the midst of greenery, in nature, design that recalls the old agricultural traditions of the past with an addition (just enough and which doesn't hurt) of " new".
Healthy and genuine food. And, above all, authentic.
We need to see it from another point of view. Not the quantity, but the quality and authenticity of the materials offered.
At Mulinum, personally speaking, you marry and share a project, made of innovation, respect for traditions and the valorization of local products in a suggestive environment and location.
Given what has been said, I can only congratulate the initiative, which is now consolidated and established.

Ps: I recommend going especially during Spring and/or Summer to be able to eat outdoors, among the hay bales/benches, in the large lawn at the back.
