I was in Foggia for work. The hotel recommended this restaurant. The atmosphere is casual yet welcoming, and the owner is very friendly and entertains guests with his guitar. The food is excellent, and the ingredients have the classic, excellent flavor of Southern Italy. Worth a visit!

Amazing place, helpful staff (the guys are really nice!), and the food was delicious. I had a Margherita and it was the best I've ever had. Yummy, yummy, yummy. My favorite place so far! 💘

Excellent!
I travel a lot, and this was my first time in Foggia. I found the staff friendly and helpful, the food excellent (both ingredients and preparation), and the prices average (low for Northern Italy).
I had lunch upon arrival and returned before leaving.

Stopped in after arriving on a late train and wanting to stay close to the station. Found the origin of the burnt grain on their menu, and we were interested to give it a try.
My wife tried the Burnt Wheat Orechiette, and I was looking for a Burnt Wheat crust pizza. I asked for a recommendation, and they suggested the Fantasy of the Pizza Maker. Not knowing what it would be was an interesting twist, and it turned out amazing. The burnt wheat definitely adds to depth of flavor.
For dessert we tried the Pistacchio Semifreddo, which was also very good.
Not sure if the Pizza Maker ever has the same fantasy twice, but this one was terrific!

A stop on the road: I got in within 50 minutes, was served a delicious burnt wheat Margherita, and was off again! Great place, and the pizza had a strange appearance due to the color of the flour, but despite the color, it was truly delicious. I recommend trying it!! Compliments for the food and the courtesy.

While passing through Foggia, we decided to have dinner at this trattoria. It's a very rustic, family-run restaurant, with friendly and courteous owners. We enjoyed our meal, especially the fillet steak with black pepper. Prices were reasonable. They also offer excellent tourist menus and a pizza oven, which we'll try next time.
