Osteria del fritto is a name that promises well, but for this restaurant it is very reductive. You expect a rustic place with "ignorant" foods and instead you are welcomed by a refined atmosphere and a fresh style. The descriptions of the dishes on the menu were so inviting that they made our desire for fried food waver. The pappardelle with Cinta ragù were excellent, the spaghetti with butter and anchovies (both in oil and fresh) are highly recommended, as are the cod meatballs. Obviously we also had the fried food, dry, abundant, arranged in a very nice way like in a street food cuoppo. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were a perfect complement. Excellent experience

Small but nice place, very well-kept inside. Kind and welcoming staff. Unfortunately we had dinner at the end of the evening and the fried food was no longer available. I would say that the dishes are average, some are better, like the cod meatballs and the seafood salad, while the spaghetti with seafood for example tasted of little. For dessert I recommend the chocolate and cream basket, good! Average prices. Two dishes each, 2 desserts, two glasses of wine and a bottle of water, we spent about €70.

Excellent restaurant with carefully prepared and tasty fish dishes. Nice place and very kind staff, we went both for lunch and dinner to try different dishes. We recommend it.

Great find on a business trip. Well-kept restaurant with friendly staff. Interesting menu with well-kept dishes. Excellent spaghetti with anchovies and the great fried food! I will definitely return hoping that the quality will be maintained during the summer too! Well done

Capitati qui per caso in un bel sabato di inizio aprile, siamo stati incuriositi in primis dal nome, dato che avevamo voglia di una buona frittura. Locale piccolo e carino, semplice, con possibilità di un dehor esterno. Staff giovane e dinamico, con nota di merito per la ragazza in sala, davvero attiva e attenta. Menù semplice ma con qualche proposta stimolante, noi abbiamo optato per delle polpettine di baccalà - ottime, leggere - e per il loro gran fritto, molto abbondante, asciutto e saporito, con menzione per le verdure pastellate veramente croccanti. Buona carta dei vini - la responsabile di sala è Sommelier AIS -, prezzi onesti. Da tornarci, consigliato.

10/05/2025: We went for lunch on the occasion of a confirmation. The dishes were excellent, from starters to desserts. A little mouth-watering octopus ragù. The service is attentive and always discreet. Known labels in line with the quality of the dishes. Truly a pleasant experience. Excellent value for money
07/05/2025: A riot of flavors, a place that deserves, excellent cuisine with refined raw materials. Elegant environment, courteous staff and exceptional host in narrating his menu. Dishes focused on the Maremma tradition. You can eat both meat and fish simple but perfect dishes. The desserts are difficult to choose here too. A perfect place, it will certainly remain in the memories of our holiday.

05/05/2025: In the colorful hills of the Grosseto countryside, between Vall'Ombrone and Val d'Orcia, there is a village, in the center of which, inserted in a small square, dominated by the bell tower, stands a trattoria, where time seems to have stopped. It could be the beginning of a fairy tale and instead Rintocco is a wonderful reality, which we had the opportunity to discover in our wanderings among the villages of Maremma. A simple and authentic trattoria-pizzeria, not only in the premises but, above all, in the welcome, which the courteous owners and the attentive waiter reserve for all customers. The cuisine ranges from fish-based proposals to typical dishes of the Maremma hinterland, with numerous "daily" proposals that draw on the seasonality of the products of the land and game. All the dishes, appropriate in portions and price, tell a story of love for a territory, its traditions and its products. For us, who live in Brescia with Maremma in our hearts, it is now a fixed destination at the end of every trip inland, especially in the summer, when it is possible to dine in the small square in front, thus finding refreshment at sunset.
