We ate at this restaurant and had a great time. The kindness of the staff makes you feel at ease in a clean and well-furnished environment. The food is excellent, the photos don't do it justice. The prices are fair. I thought I would spend more because the quality of what we ate and drank is very high. There are parking lots right next to the tavern.

The waiter was delightful, the food amazing. Also a great value for money. Honestly one of the best places I tried between Sermoneta, Cori and Giulianello.

I go there with confidence, the place is very welcoming and there are 4/5 tables already having lunch peacefully I ask to have the menu and start looking at the courses Delicious first courses and traditional dishes, this time I decide on tradition, so carbonara as if it were raining, in fact it's pouring outside, a time for wolves and staying warm with a good dish to taste has no equal While waiting I have a ham and cheese appetizer brought to me and I am pleased to note that it is accompanied by a nice bruschetta with chicory …. before biting, I ask if garlic had been added, don't worry, they tell me no and I'm very happy, ... I hate garlic, especially raw The cheeses and ham are delicious and the bruschetta really makes this frugal appetizer a very well made entree. …. the farmer's tavern was a beautiful rediscovery! I came here with my parents 30 years ago. After not coming for a few years, I decided to return with my family and I rediscovered the authentic flavors and human warmth that I remembered with so much affection. on Easter Monday we ate mixed appetizers, pasta with ragù or with truffles and bacon, baked kid and braised pannicolo. everything was delicious, unforgettable, at excellent prices. generations change but the quality of the people, even before the restaurants, remains unchanged. I recommend everyone to try this place

As pilgrims of the Via Francigena we were welcomed with great availability for a quick snack on Easter Sunday despite not having booked and despite the place being super crowded for Easter lunch. Thank you for the generous welcome!

Cucina semplice ma anche molto genuina, che promuove i prodotti del territorio così come le proposte stagionali. Niente sofisticazioni e tanta sostanza. Eccellente la scelta dei vini, a livello di ristoranti stellati. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, e facilità di parcheggio

10/05/2025: Dopo una giornata intensa di escursioni nei dintorni (Ninfa e Sermoneta), siamo rientrati in struttura giusto in tempo per il pranzo pasquale presso il ristorante della locanda (che avevamo prenotato per tempo in quanto alloggiavamo nella struttura da qualche giorno). Stanchi e affamati, ci siamo trovati di fronte a un'offerta gastronomica straordinaria: un ricco buffet festivo proposto tra l’altro ad un ottimo prezzo. Ogni boccone ha superato le nostre aspettative: prosciutto crudo tagliato a mano accompagnato da mozzarella fresca, seguiti da delicati fiori di borragine in pastella, crostini con varie guarnizioni e un tortino di patate dalla consistenza perfetta e altri antipasti che già potevamo andar via sazi :-) Per i primi piatti, le fettuccine fatte in casa con ragù tradizionale ricco e saporito, e un'altra in bianco con un condimento delicato che esaltava la pasta fresca. La lasagna verde con scamorza affumicata eccezionale, mentre le fettuccine al ragù di agnello ancora meglio. I secondi non erano da meno: polpette al sugo per nostro figlio, preparate secondo la ricetta di casa. L'arrosto di maiale con carciofi, invece, era tenero e saporito, con i carciofi che ne completavano perfettamente il gusto. Il tutto accompagnato da patate arrosto. Vale la pena sottolineare che questa formula di buffet così ricco è disponibile solo durante il periodo pasquale, mentre negli altri giorni il ristorante propone un menu alla carta altrettanto curato che abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare nelle serate precedenti. Per concludere in dolcezza, i dessert sono di altissimo livello. Un'esperienza gastronomica che consiglio vivamente a chi si trova in zona non solo durante le festività pasquali.

06/06/2025: ELEGANCE. Awesome place: location, dishes, high academic level cuisine, top cellar. It used to be a place for a few. Dish that enhances the taste of the dishes and you can taste the sea but DELICATELY. In fact it is all delicate. The staff understands a lot and assists you! Both from the inside, where sober and elegant rooms make guests feel at ease, and from the outside terraces you can enjoy an exceptional view of Ponza and the entire bay. While the owner and staff are always very attentive to the needs of the diners. Top marks to everything.
