Just returning from a great dinner here. Lively, warm, Florence dining room. Our waiter was so friendly and helped make choices. The real measure of a restaurant is when things aren't perfect. My pasta arrived under cooked. They immediately made it right and delicious. I will be back and don't miss the profiteroles if they are on the menu.

Was very pleased to be accepted as a walk in on a busy Thursday evening. They put us in the "back" which turned out to be a beautiful setting with a high domed ceiling and lovely traditional stained glass windows with the name of the restaurant.
We had the tomato and bread soup as antipasti, which was really delicious. We saw this restaurant and the soup on Stanley Tucci's series, so we're really intrigued to try it. And very pleased we did.
We also had mains of wild boar and polenta as well as the suckling pig with potatoes and veg. All very delicious too. A really great place to eat. Highly recommend.

You know when a place is right just walking by! This is the feeling that I had! The location is a 10! We sat on the back part of the restaurant and it was very nice, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was wow, delicious! We had crostini, which if you like patè are absolutely a must try, and you can't leave without trying the pappardelle al cinghiale, breathtaking! We finished the lunch with a delicious almond cake and bignoline with chocolate, I really want to go back! If you are in Florence just walk across Ponte Vecchio and look for this restaurant! It's a 10!

We had a fantastic experience at Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco. We were attended by Gaetano, who was especially friendly and attentive when explaining the menu and the typical dishes of the house. His close treatment and recommendations made the difference.
We ate on the terrace, where it was very comfortable, especially when the sun started to shine around 2:00 p.m. Taking advantage of the season, we start with a delicious fresh artichoke salad, very light and tasty. For mains, we tried a tender and flavorful ossobuco, and some exquisite ravioli stuffed with potato with rabbit sauce: both dishes were cooked to perfection.
To finish, we recommend ordering the variety of desserts, ideal for trying various sweet specialties, along with a classic espresso.
A memorable meal in a lovely setting. Thanks for everything, Gaetano!

I have boar ragu on my favourite white t shirt and I don’t care!
Ignore any review under 5 stars. The food here is amazing.
Tuscan cooking at its best. Delicate yet powerful. Simple but complex.
If you don’t eat here you are a fool and have wasted your entire trip to Florence.

If you want to eat high quality food in a restaurant with good ambience and fantastic service then this is the place for you.
We were lucky enough to get a table after a short wait( but that was midweek) but Id reserve just to be sure.
The food is quality. Each finger licking course was cooked to perfection. I even tried wild boar for the first time but not the last.
The service was really good. Professional friendly staff who are so helpful in understanding the menu. With a special mention for Simone and Salvatore who looked after us from start to finish.
We even bought some of their products to bring home a little piece of Italy.
Guys getting booking.... You can thank me later.

Pastas are very nice. Some dishes can be prepared without pork, which is optional. The desserts were the best I had on my trip to Italy. Pina cota fruit and tiramisu ❤️

Really good staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Really nice food. You probably need to book in advance. Good mix of locals and tourists.

Consigliato da amici; locale piccolo ma ben curato; consiglio di prenotare se no si rischia di non trovare posto; il personale cordiale e competente.
Consiglio i crostini toscani, il astuccio di cipolla pecorino e tartufo, abbinamento perfetto e molto delicato; anche le pappardelle fatte in casa con sugo di cinghiale non da meno ( ho comprato anche 4 vasetti di sugo di cinghiale)
Se passate a Firenze lo consiglio
