It was the best meal I had in Rome!
The spare ribs were surprisingly tender and delicious, the meat tartare had a wonderful truffle aroma, and even the fries that came with it were refined, had an exquisite texture, and were perfectly seasoned.The chocolate cake was a bit spicy because the mousse contained peperoncino, which was my first experience, but this was a wonderful balance with the sweetness of the chocolate, and the cake was a little warm. This dinner was one of the most satisfying meals I've ever had in my life! The staff were great and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great.
I definitely want to eat here again when I come to Rome!

Of all the places I ate during my trip to Italy, this was one of the most delicious and pleasant places to eat. The manager and staff were all very friendly and provided the best service from start to finish. Thank you for joining us on our honeymoon.

Small restaurant with 32 seats, simple, welcoming environment with warm, soft lights. Excellent food quality from starters to desserts. All cooked and served with care and detail. Helpful and very kind staff. Excellent taste and flavor combination. Compliments to the chef. Excellent choice of wines.

An excellent dining experience. The place is quite small but the food and the service is top notch. I do recommend booking a table, at least on Saturdays.

This was literally our best meal whilst in Rome. It was very busy when we went but they managed to squeeze us in. The food was absolutely delicious - we were full but got talked into having the tiramisu, very glad we did because this was amazing. My first ever tiramisu and it was gorgeous.
The staff were friendly and attentive. I have no complaints at all, this was genuinely the best meal we had in Rome, we still bring this place up first when talking about the food on our trip. Definitely go if you're staying nearby!

Everything from walking in the front door to the last drink of wine was spectacular. The service was received was incredible and detailed, and the food matched it. An excellent evening out away from the tourist zone!

L’osteria del Cavaliere, è il posto ideale se scegli di passare una serata tranquilla e mangiare dell’ottimo cibo. Il Locale è caldo e accogliente, la gestione è esemplare, cordiale e attenta ad ogni esigenza..consiglio di andarci con molta fame perché le porzioni sono abbondanti e ogni piatto che ho assaggiato era irresistibile!
