Very nice tavern, all-female management, courteous and attentive service.
The culinary offer is really good, dinner with friends, the first courses are good, the pork ribs cooked at low temperature are really excellent, the shank probably cooked a little too far ahead, the meatballs a little hard...
The wine selection is minimal, the prices are fair for the proposed offer

It's been a while since we are here, but this is one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had; my wife and I speak about it often, even 1.5 years later.
Everything that was eaten by our party of 8 was 10/10. Admittedly we stumbled upon this place randomly, but it was the culinary peak of our two week Italy trip.

One of the best places I've ever eaten. Everything we tasted was perfect, cooked not only with skill, but with class, following tradition but, at the same time, innovating it, improving it (for us). The owner, as well as the creator and cook of the dishes, is an elegant, extremely sweet woman. The place is welcoming, away from the chaos, warm lights, kindness, good manners and availability. Everything was perfect. We will return here every time we come to Rome, without a doubt. Thank you!

We ended up as tourists... seen from the outside we had some doubts... Then... 5 stars in all... Excellent welcome, all the food was delicious. Perfect value for money. I recommend it. The photos in the reviews reflect reality!!

Osteria del Cavaliere in Rome gave us an unforgettable evening of culinary delight. We started with a melt-in-your-mouth carpaccio that set the tone for the meal. The pasta was heavenly, perfectly al dente with rich, authentic flavors. The pork chops and pork shank were tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Martina, our amazing waitress, guided us to a beautiful wine pairing that elevated every bite.
To top it all off, we indulged in the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted—light, creamy, and absolutely divine. Two limoncellos later, we were left basking in the perfection of it all. Osteria del Cavaliere isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

Siamo andati io e la mia ragazza, consapevoli già delle diverse voci positive che avevamo avuto. Il locale è piccolo ma molto accogliente, luci soffuse, ambiente caldo. Menù corto e ben fatto con ulteriori possibilità di scegliere le proposte del giorno. Primi squisiti in particolare le tagliatelle con spuntature..per non parlare dello stinco (secondo del giorno) in salsa bbq e riduzione di birra, la carne si scioglieva in bocca. Ciliegina sulla torta i dolci, ho apprezzato tantissimo quello con biscotto e caramello. Ultima menzione alla ragazza del ristorante Serena, estremamente simpatica e disponibile, tornerò sicuramente!
