The location is beautiful both inside and out. The food is good, I really enjoyed the Livorno-style cod and I tasted from other diners "pieces" of a roast done as it should be and of a "Nebraska" steak that I thought was amazing. The wine recommended to us was good. The price was perhaps a little high but acceptable. The service, and I had already noticed it the previous time, is a collision with an iceberg.

There were two of us in this small but nice restaurant. The dishes are inexpensive and the plates are generously filled. We particularly recommend the “sausage platter” as a starter and the cheese platter as a dessert/top-off. The food is prepared on the 1st floor and takes a small freight elevator to the waiters on the ground floor ;-) A real tip!

Great location. Not very large place with outdoor area. Better to book. Cozy and clean place. Good food, honest prices. Definitely worth trying again.

Setting of a typical inn Like the boss and the boss not very welcoming and in addition a hair in the tiramisu for dessert without wanting to refuse it, an excuse from the waiter good!!! And not even a smile from the boss or a little limoncello. Other than that everything is going well.

We enjoyed our dinner in this lovely, traditional, osteria. We don't speak any Italian, and the waiter didn't speak either of the languages we can manage but between he was very patient. The food is simple but delicious and not expensive; and the restaurant itself is charming with lots of character and atmosphere.

Great wines and great simple italian food. This is a rustic and excellent place to experience 'real' Verbania and I highly recomment a visit.

Nice restaurant in a characteristic corner of Intra. Excellent food and desserts! The internal environment is characteristic and very welcoming, the external pergola is also nice.

26/09/2024: Great food and even better atmosphere. Very friendly staff makes stay even better. 10/10
23/09/2024: We were a little unsure because of the comments about poor service. However, since we are out of season and wanted to go there at 7, we said we would give it a try... the service was absolutely fine and everything went quite quickly... for dinner we had beef tartare as a starter and a pizza for the main course. The food was of a good standard but nothing exceptional.
