We must give credit to these guys who in an almost deserted Salsomaggiore still believe in it... these activities must be helped and encouraged to keep open! Flavors of unique tradition... zero km products whose love can be felt in every single bite... homemade desserts and passion for one's profession! A girl with a degree in Art (I hope I'm not wrong) who leaves everything to dedicate herself to cooking, putting her heart into every dish! Guests of the Grand Hotel in Salsomaggiore, it's worth going out and taking a few steps to visit these guys! WELL DONE! Keep it up! Un’esperienza fantastica, dall’inizio alla fine. Ottimo abbinamento dei vini ai piatti. Un ambiente piacevole, il caffè nella moka ha creato un’atmosfera casalinga, come cenare dalla nonna.

20/03/2025: On the hills of Parma, with a relaxing panorama, it is a very well-kept farmhouse with a pleasant atmosphere. Warm lights, background music and furnishings make the environment welcoming. It offers grilled meat and traditional dishes. Both of excellent quality. The managers are very friendly and knowledgeable people, offering excellent wines of their own production.
