We must give credit to these guys who in an almost deserted Salsomaggiore still believe in it... these activities must be helped and encouraged to keep open! Flavors of unique tradition... zero km products whose love can be felt in every single bite... homemade desserts and passion for one's profession! A girl with a degree in Art (I hope I'm not wrong) who leaves everything to dedicate herself to cooking, putting her heart into every dish! Guests of the Grand Hotel in Salsomaggiore, it's worth going out and taking a few steps to visit these guys!

Nous avons pu profiter de manger sur la petite terrasse.
Il y avait pas mal de moustiques mais heureusement le restaurant dispose des spirales à plusieurs endroits, et en plus nous étions équipés d'un spray pour la peau.
Nous avons très bien mangé ... mais trop !
En Italie, il y a les antipasti, le primo, le secundo et les desserts. Ca fait beaucoup !
En antipasti, nous avons choisi charcuteries / fromages de la région. Puis il y a eu les pâtes aux truffes, la viande et la glace. Le tout accompagné d'un vin italien qui nous a été recommandé par le serveur.
Cet établissement est un peu caché et c'est dommage. Il n'y avait que peu de personnes et pourtant c'était très bon.

Excellence is confirmed from every point of view, the "calm passion" of the owner is fantastic, the well-being of the stomach and spirit confirm the excellent quality of the place... from the cuisine (compliments to the chef) to the service; I'm no expert but I'd say it deserves more than one Michelin star: congratulations - I'll be back as soon as possible and whenever possible.
