An excellent experience at this osteria in the heart of Salsomaggiore. The service was excellent, friendly, and welcoming. Perhaps a little slow, but that wasn't a problem for me. The dishes were all very good, as well as sophisticated in flavor, not always 100% traditional (and that's fine). The wine recommended by the host was good. The place was a little cold for my taste; I would have preferred a little more warmth. Still, I recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

I recently visited Castellazzo and appreciated the meticulous attention to detail in its ingredients and the distinct identity of its cuisine, which is both innovative and respectful of tradition. The wine list offers a very interesting and unusual selection! I'll definitely return again and again!
