21/01/2026: I visited Chicche di Zia Rosa in Cisternino and had a truly memorable experience. The dishes were simply fantastic, meticulously crafted and full of authentic flavors. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive. The owners are truly true restaurateurs, people who put passion and professionalism into everything they do. A place absolutely worth discovering.
15/01/2026: An excellent place to enjoy Bombette Pugliesi with sausages and baked potatoes. Among the best we tried in Puglia.
