Luca made our stay really memorable! We ordered steak and fish! Fish was good but steak was best so far! Really nice service and great atmosphere!

Everything was great! Excellent wine (Rosso di Montalcino Talenti), Quinto Quarto, a fantastic Florentine steak, and delicious desserts (I recommend the goat cheesecake with green tomato jam).

It's always difficult to be objective, but this is one of those cases where you can't and shouldn't reward passion... because anyone can do catering, but those who leave an indelible memory are very few. These guys (alas, I don't remember their names) have left a mark on my memory. Their competence, professionalism, and above all, passion, they managed to make me feel it, and for this I can only thank them. Anything else would be commenting with useless technicalities. Go and share their passion; you'll be thrilled!

We chose this restaurant based on the excellent reviews, and we must say that the dinner exceeded our expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and available to accommodate our every need. The atmosphere was elegant yet warm and welcoming. We had an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert, and each course was a true discovery of perfectly balanced flavors, textures, and pairings. Truly excellent, congratulations!

We found this restaurant by chance in the center of Pistoia, a delightful surprise. The place is very welcoming, and the staff is cheerful and very helpful. The Florentine steak was excellent, served with a side of potatoes, preceded by a sampling of exceptional tagliatelle with white ragù. Excellent wine and a variety of options. The restaurant is well-kept, with a typical Tuscan atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Excellent. From the welcome, to the service, to the food; nothing to add. A careful attention to the customer, an impeccable service, in an informal, welcoming and elegant environment at the same time.

Excellent food, great service. I had the home made linguini from spinach with a squid ragu. Really great stuff from this kitchen. I can only recommend it. The tartare was well done also as well as dessert. Would love to come back!
