For me it was a coincidence that I ended up in this tavern, one of those coincidences that make a nice day spent on a trip with the family on the occasion of my daughter's skating competition even happier! The environment is small in size like the ones I like, cared for and furnished with care and simplicity but elegant and welcoming, just like the owner and all the staff who work there... just like the food that is prepared and served from the kitchen open to the room. The menu is proposed in a stimulating way with numerous "pampering" in the form of various tastings both while waiting for the meal and between one course and another up to and as an accompaniment to the dessert. A place very suitable for adults and children, the dishes revisit the main characteristics of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Congratulations again to the manager and the dining room staff because you can see that they do this job with passion and also know how to convey it!

A nice place in the center of Pistoia, the prices are not cheap but are largely compensated by the quality of the dishes. I particularly recommend the fifth quarter selections (you can choose between tripe and lampredotto). Very friendly and helpful staff, pleasant environment, nice atmosphere. I will certainly return, in the meantime I definitely recommend it.

In one of the access roads to the historic center of Pistoia, we come across this place by chance, which immediately strikes us for the care of the interior, the beautiful menu displayed and the kindness of those who take our reservation. Without consulting any social media we return at the appointed time and find it full. The service is one that does not betray expectations and confirms the passion and competence you expect. The food is also at the same level: I was particularly impressed by the cannoli stuffed with cod and the green tagliatelle with cuttlefish and bottarga. For the wine we followed the innkeeper with satisfaction and playing with him he guided us with two excellent tastings of French wines, one in the dark and, despite being by the glass, he didn't skimp on them at all. I'll keep the 5 stars for next time, we'll try the second ones, but BRAVI, they already deserve it.

Excellent food, excellent welcome, very kind starting from the owner Luca.... and a special welcome for the children. (The pan di stelle made the difference 😆) We had a great time. I highly recommend it. Thanks again

professionalism and excellent cuisine

Locale nel centro di Pistoia, molto vicino a Piazza del Duomo. Scoperto per caso, passandoci davanti, ha soddisfatto ampiamente le nostre aspettative. Ottimo cibo, materie prime di qualità (antipasto di salumi e formaggi incredibilmente buono), scelta variegata e prezzo più che abbordabile. Staff eccellente, accogliente e sempre con il sorriso. Davvero un ristorante da non perdere.

We recently visited this restaurant and were impressed by the care and attention they put into every detail. It is a small but welcoming and well-kept place. The food is of excellent quality and the staff are friendly and very attentive to customers. But what made this place special for us was the attention paid to the children: on our table we found colors and games to entertain them, so we parents enjoyed dinner in peace. At the end of the meal, the restaurant also gave a nice toy to the children , a gesture that shows how much they care about making families feel at ease. Highly recommended.
