An evening with friends at this Oltrepo osteria, where I found good local food, a nice wine list, and friendly, helpful staff. I was particularly impressed by the selection of local and non-local products available for purchase at the entrance.

Besides being one of the few places open for lunch on Mondays, this very pleasant restaurant stands out for its excellent cuisine, showcasing local products from the Oltrepò and Lomellina regions, and a good selection of local wines. When I went, they also offered a very affordable lunch menu with several options (though I didn't take advantage of it, preferring instead to order dishes à la carte, which weren't included). Very good value. Recommended.

Waiting 60 minutes and paying €16 for a small plate (70g) of savory tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms is even too much.
The same goes for the barely decent radicchio risotto. It's not creamy and lacks flavor.
Five people for two appetizers, three mini first courses, and two sliced steaks, two glasses of wine and a water, in a nice family-run trattoria for €152, is too much.

A true Osteria...a gem I discovered by chance while passing by. The menu is delicious and very interesting, the service impeccable, and the service is passionate. I ordered an appetizer, main course, and dessert, but I had a hard time choosing. Both the à la carte and lunch menus were packed with interesting dishes. A great selection of ingredients, raw materials, and wines. Highly recommended!

A gem in the Oltrepò region. Where local, fresh ingredients are prepared traditionally and with love. The wines are delicious, and the restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended! The staff is super friendly, and dogs are welcome. A place you could eat every day.
