Let me start by saying that the pork is right at home, a starter of mixed cured meats, delicious with fried dumplings! Almost all of us had an encore of pumpkin tortelli with sausage ragù and pappardelle with white wild boar sauce, excellent! As a second course, roast pork with very good and delicate mashed potatoes!
