Quality food in a refined, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive, fast, and friendly service. Our dogs were welcomed with no problem (and were good under the table throughout the meal, as usual). Excellent desserts. The wine list is exciting, but it's off-limits due to driving. What a shame!

It was an exceptional experience, the Bollito is wonderful, the sauces too, so I won't be ordering it again, even though I thought... we're going back on the 27th at lunchtime, that's all the places left!! It saves us from having to decide 😂 between lunch and dinner, between Saturday, Sunday, etc....

Highly recommended for those who want to experience authentic Piedmontese cuisine. Here, in addition to highly trained, attentive, kind, and friendly staff, you'll also find excellent quality ingredients and a well-stocked wine cellar. This welcoming restaurant is ideal for any number of people; I highly recommend making a reservation, as they're always full. The boiled meats, finanziera, brains, plin, and desserts are all worth trying. The owners also run a B&B near the restaurant, for those who want to stay overnight.

Warm welcome and service. A Nebbiolo was nice, as the Barbera appassimento, our favorite, wasn't available. The appetizers and first courses were well-made. It's a shame that the boiled meat, for which we traveled 140 km, was truly subpar. The meat was dry, stringy, and not warm enough. The cotechino was no better. The sauces were questionable. The desserts were excellent. 4 covers, 1 appetizer, 3 first courses, 4 boiled meats, 2 desserts, 1 bottle of Dolcetto, two bottles of water, and 4 coffees: €208.

In my opinion, some of the desserts could be improved, and the prices have gone up a bit. It's still an excellent restaurant, though.
