Given that I almost never use 5 stars, I often read banalities connected to them, resembling advertising refrains.
Above all, I spent a pleasant evening, I had a good dinner, I was very satisfied with the proven perfection of the dishes (very carefully chosen raw materials, excellent preparations), I also appreciated the courteous service.
I declare myself satisfied, I recommend it.

Arriving at 1pm, alone, on a Sunday, I was welcomed in a great way, served well and given a lunch fit for a king.
Truly fantastic restaurant.
PS I'm still at the table so I still have to go to the cashier, but I go there calmly and aware that it's a place that deserves it!

Abbiamo pranzato sotto consiglio in questo posto, è devo dire che non ha smentito il migliaio di recensioni che si porta dietro... Tartare eccezionale, e plin al ragù spaziali, il resto da assaggiare lo lascio a voi viaggiatori!

Osteria che abbiamo scoperto tramite un buono regalo di Eataly sulle migliori osterie d'Italia selezionate da loro. Scoperta più che azzeccata in questo locale che offre piatti tipici piemontesi. Ambiente cordiale e gran qualità dei piatti. Superlativi gli "gnocchi ai formaggi" e la "tagliata di bue".
1 antipasto, 2 primi, 2 secondi, 2 dolci, 0.5lt di vino sfuso, 1 acqua, 2 caffè: 93€.

If you want to experience the real Piedmontese frattagli (cooked innards), this is perhaps one of the best places. All chunks are brought to your table while steaming on a wooden cart and you get various pieces of your choice on your plate. We chose the 'safe way', but with success: beautiful meat from bue grasso beef and delicious pasta ragú. Antipasti the best we got on this trip. Obviously an address from the unsurpassed guide Osterie d'Italia with always good and affordable addresses.
