A pleasant discovery. This restaurant, located in the center of Massa, is reminiscent of the old taverns of yesteryear. We had a lovely platter of cured meats, cheeses, and their homemade erbazzone. I had tortelli, and for a main course, two delicious picanha fillets accompanied by potatoes. The fillet was cooked perfectly. The meal concluded with a chocolate panna cotta and a tart made in the style of a Sacher torte. Prices are a little higher than average, but worth the money. Recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and especially the food! There were some original dishes: picanha with grilled vegetables 😋 and braised pork cheeks – excellent! Highly recommended! We'll be back!

My girlfriend and I had a great time. To start, we had an appetizer of traditional cured meats (their own porchetta was truly delicious) and cheeses, along with a portion of "pappa al pomodoro." This was followed by purple potato gnocchi with truffle butter and shavings of pecorino, drizzled with coffee, and plin pasta with tomato sauce. Every dish we ate was truly delicious, with attention to every detail, especially the flavors. The area may be a little hidden, but it's definitely worth it.

09/11/2025: Lunch for 4. Everything was excellent, the staff were friendly and the price was perfect.
08/11/2025: Six of us had a reservation for lunch. The restaurant is truly beautiful and welcoming. Since it doesn't have a large number of seats, it's still a quiet place to eat. The food was truly excellent: appetizers, first courses, and seasonal second courses! All very, very good! Excellent value! Compliments to all the staff :)

01/10/2025: It was a very positive experience during a pleasant motorcycle ride with friends in the Lunigiana/Garfagnana Apennines. We were welcomed, hosted, and generously fed with warmth and friendliness by the owners, Cristina and her husband. I will gladly return and recommend it to anyone interested.
