A very charming and well-kept osteria, with delightful Sardinian-style bread baskets. The ingredients were fresh, the pasta was homemade, and the harmony of the various flavors in the dishes we ordered was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant 🤩 The service was friendly 😊 I recommend it 100% We'll be back 😊 .

Small but cozy restaurant in the small village of Nuchis. We dined here twice during our stay in the area, both times with great satisfaction. The menu is written on a chalkboard near the entrance and is updated based on product availability. We tried the fried mazza, the fiuritti, the sweet ravioli, the cordula with peas, and the tripe with tomato sauce. All traditional local dishes, presented in generous, delicious portions. We also tried the sweet licaritti, the timballo, and the seada, all delicious, with a special mention for the timballo. The lady who welcomes customers and serves the tables is very courteous and professional. The wait times are short. The bill is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Tiny place, book ahead of time, there were two of us. The welcome was warm and the service polite. The food was truly delicious. A must-try experience, just over a half-hour drive from Olbia. I'll definitely be back. The fava beans and culurgiones were standouts, but everything else was excellent, too. A trattoria with gourmet cuisine at fair prices.

This evening I went to Osteria del Borgo with my husband, and it was a truly wonderful discovery. From appetizer to dessert, I rediscovered the authentic pleasure of the flavors of my homeland, those that taste of home and tradition. A special mention goes to the seadas, undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten... and believe me, I've tried so many! A sincere thank you also to Rita, the waitress, who served us with great kindness and attention, making us feel welcomed and at home. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back.

The high ratings are definitely justified. Extremely authentic Sardinian cuisine, exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented. If you're expecting classic Italian dishes, you'll be pleasantly surprised, but it's well worth experiencing. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient. The wine paired perfectly with the dishes. A truly memorable experience from start to finish.

Fast and friendly service, a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, and delicious food. My only complaint: I'm not giving it a fifth star because they mix locally sourced produce with supermarket frozen foods. The battered vegetables from the refrigerated section are also a no-no. The same goes for the ready-made polenta, which we also buy at home for those occasions when we don't have time to cook.
