Very nice place, very kind and polite service regarding the food, main courses and desserts very good and appreciated, the only flaw was the carbonara which gave us stomach ache.

Osteria del Borgo = family A guarantee. Every time I enter this treasure trove carved into the rock, Luca and the entire crew welcome guests with enthusiasm, joy, and kindness. I can't find better words to describe this restaurant, which, for me and my parents, has become a true family. Thank you for always accommodating our every request, with and without gluten, for your infinite patience, and for never disappointing us. Here, the raw materials truly make the difference: you can taste the quality, the care in selecting ingredients, and the respect for tradition. If the people are so special, imagine the food: from the appetizers—pork rinds and beans, parmigiana—to the cured meats and cheeses, the divine olive oil, the bread, the puntarelle (chickpeas). The first courses are extraordinary: amatriciana and pasta all'aglione (my favorites!). And then, when in season, puntarelle, amazing porcini mushrooms, and white truffle make every dish unforgettable. We continue with the meat, ribs, vegetables, and desserts. The gelato? Something simply superb. And the wine... that really deserves a separate review. There's also a well-stocked cellar, capable of satisfying every palate. Where there's good food and good wine, there's always happiness. 🍷❤️

Amazing food, definitely worth it!! The truffle cacio e pepe was phenomenal, and I recommend the beef fillet! The meat melted in your mouth! Prices are a little high, but it's worth it.
