I've been here three times and would dine here every night if I could. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail: the location, the service, and the food. The Fassona tartare is undoubtedly my favorite appetizer. The prices are high but absolutely fair considering the quality of the experience.

The food was good and well-cooked, but the "wow" factor was missing: you ate like you would at a grandmother's house who knows how to cook. The first course with truffles was very good, but the one with white duck ragù was a little less so, too salty and a bit dry. The location was very charming, the service was adequate, but the prices were far too high for the type of food offered. We had a mixed appetizer for two (€22), a burrata (€15), and two first courses, water, and two coffees (€2.50 each). We spent €45 each: perhaps a bit too much considering the setting.

Friendly, fast, and very professional service. A varied menu with many traditional options and some revisited dishes. Exceptional food! Excellent ingredients, beautifully cooked. Beautiful atmosphere! The pasta with caccio/pepper and black truffle is spectacular. The amatriciana is equally delicious! Fabulous desserts! Excellent value for money.

Everything at Osteria del Borgo is delicious, from the appetizers to the exceptional first courses. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a very characteristic atmosphere and offers a wide selection of wines, some of which are excellent. A must-see for anyone who loves good food!
Just minutes from the Vallelunga racetrack and half an hour from Rome!
I definitely recommend it and will be back ☺️

Excellent restaurant in the village of Cesano, a modern, clean, and welcoming space with super friendly and helpful staff.
The food was very well cooked, with all the flavors clearly evident, and the ingredients were of excellent quality.
9/10 value for money.

Gran lugar y personal fantástico. Nuestra nieta quería helado para el desierto y el camarero salió a un lugar de helado para conseguir un poco. el propietario era divertido y atractivo y sus propios vinos eran deliciosos.
