We stumbled upon it by chance and dined there right at opening. It's a quaint place run entirely by women, very kind and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We had a cured meats appetizer and two first courses, which we even shared so we could both try. Excellent ingredients, perfectly cooked. Recommended for anyone passing through. My only complaint is that the cured meats should be served on a cutting board and not on a plate. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The menu is very varied, with first and second courses featuring Umbrian specialties, but not exceptional, and prices are in line with other establishments. The wine prices are too high. The service is good, with friendly and helpful staff.

Last night we had dinner at this restaurant recommended to us by our hotelier. It's a clean, simple, and well-kept location! The service was excellent; the girls who served us were kind and attentive. The food was amazing. I recommend the scrambled egg pasta with truffles and the tagliolini with truffles (all delicious). The tiramisu and chocolate cake were also excellent!

A pleasant discovery! The ladies who welcomed us were very kind and attentive throughout the evening, making us feel at home. The dishes were delicious and very reasonably priced: cappellaccio stuffed with Chianina beef and truffle was spectacular, flavorful, and the portion of truffle was equally generous on the Angus steak. The meat was good. Save room for dessert because the tiramisu is definitely worth it, delicious!

Lunch booked through TheFork. We booked for 12:30, and the lovely ladies seated us. They were courteous, kind, and friendly. The food was excellent; I highly recommend the buffalo mozzarella and truffle ravioli, and the meat was excellent. Absolutely 5 stars. Thank you, and thanks also to Aurora, Ilaria, and Martina ❤️ We'll definitely be back.

A traditional osteria in the center of Umbertide. A well-kept and pleasant location. Generous dishes made with quality ingredients. The Boccajolo appetizer, the tagliatelle with truffles, and the buffalo mozzarella-filled ravioli with truffles are highly recommended. Honorable mention for the service and staff: attentive, friendly, and very helpful. Excellent value.

Osteria perfetta x un pranzo domenicale, buona cucina umbra, sapori caratteristici della nostra regione, porzioni abbondanti, locale gioioso, servizio rapido grazie anche alle giovani e cortesi cameriere. Un ristorante tipico umbro che conquista fin dal primo assaggio! I piatti sono preparati con prodotti locali eccellenti, freschi e genuini, che raccontano la tradizione culinaria del territorio in ogni dettaglio. Dai salumi ai formaggi, passando per paste fatte in casa e secondi saporiti: tutto è semplicemente delizioso. Il personale è estremamente cordiale, attento e disponibile, creando un’atmosfera familiare e rilassata. Un grande punto a favore è l’attenzione anche verso gli animali: qui anche i nostri amici pelosi si sentono i benvenuti. Un’esperienza autentica e calda, assolutamente da provare se si vuole vivere il vero gusto dell’Umbria.

03/09/2025: We spent a few days with our family at this vacation property. We had a great time. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean and had a beautiful view of the olive groves. Large outdoor spaces, especially for children. The food was excellent, very tasty! Excellent location for visiting Assisi while still being away from the crowded area.
29/08/2025: We stayed at this property for 5 days. Excellent location, wonderful and extremely kind staff, and an exceptional restaurant. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Hotel La Terrazza Restaurant

01/09/2025: We stayed at this property and were truly satisfied. Although it's officially rated three stars, in our opinion it easily deserves a fourth: the attention to detail and customer service truly make the difference. The rooms are very comfortable and charming. The location is excellent, about 2 km from Assisi, easily accessible on foot. There's on-site parking. A special thanks goes to Antonello, always helpful and kind, and to all the staff, who were friendly and professional at every opportunity. A special mention goes to Marianna, with whom we interacted most often: her helpfulness and courtesy made our stay even more pleasant. The restaurant is truly excellent, with well-prepared, high-quality dishes, while breakfast was rich and varied, satisfying a wide range of tastes and needs. The property also has a swimming pool, which unfortunately we couldn't use due to bad weather, but we appreciated the indoor spa: although small, it was very functional and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!!
01/09/2025: The hotel lived up to our expectations in every way. A 3-star hotel, even 4 in our opinion...excellent cleanliness, a very beautiful and quiet location, and the food was also excellent...all the staff were very kind and helpful...the waitress Marianna was friendly and very helpful. The room, furnished in wood, gave a very nice warm feeling...it was a shame about the bad weather that meant we couldn't use the pool, but we made up for it with a wonderful afternoon at the spa, I'd say excellent!!!! Congratulations, keep it up...we'll be happy to come back. Greetings from Simone and Giulia!!!!
