A lovely restaurant: friendly, characterful, bustling with energy, just up from the picturesque lake front.

You walk down the street and the smell of food makes you stop and look at what there is to eat. I saw dishes you wouldn't see anywhere else and they explained to me that it was traditional food from their parents' and grandparents' kitchens. Besides the delicious food, the place has a special decor and a lot of personality. You can tell the staff loves what they do because they treat you with warmth, and you can see it's a place where locals stop to eat, chat, or say hello. It feels like a place that's been around forever, just like the food. Thank you for a lovely evening with my partner; it rounds off the wonderful day we had on Lake Como.

We had the soup with pasta and fagioli, and the pasta with pumpkin and sausage which were amazing and great portion size. For dessert we had the chocolate cake which was sooo tasty and rich flavor. Great service and overall experience!

Came here with my girlfriend hoping for a nice romantic meal. It was a bit casual for dinner. Some dimmer lights and candles would be a nice touch. I regretted going here because of the atmosphere. Saying that, the food was good and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had the beef ravioli and tiramisu and both were absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the local delicacies such as olive oil or digestives available to buy. The waiter we had was super friendly and seemed proficient in at least 3 languages (Italian, English, German).

Este fue un restaurante muy agradable. La gente es genial. Un restaurante muy amable. Comimos pollo y la milanesa. Eso y la sopa estaban muy bien.

Ogni tanto quando passiamo da Cernobbio veniamo presso questa osteria a mangiare. Il cibo e i piatti sono buoni e ben presentati, su questo nulla da dire. Il particolare davvero fastidioso sono i tempi biblici da spettare per riuscire a mangiare. Purtroppo ogni volta si ripresenta questo problema e a quanto leggo è opinione di altre persone. Probabilmente devono essere sotto personale in cucina, perchè di camerieri ce ne sono sembrerebbe a sufficienza. Inoltre le portate non arrivano sempre insieme, cosa alquanto fastidiosa. Insomma, se avete un paio d'ore per mangiare e non avete fretta, questo posto è ottimo. Se invece volete conludere il pasto il più velocemente possibile e soprattutto se avete bambini, probabilmente non è il posto per voi. Conto un po' sproporzionato per quanto mangiato, prezzi alti ma ormai in questa zona (e non solo) è la "normalità". Perosnale di sala molto gentile.
