Baccalà in tutte le salse. Ottimo pranzo a cominciare dagli antipasti, tanti e tutti ottimi, i cannelloni con baccalà e borragine, i secondi a scelta tra baccalà in umido e in pastella con peperone crusco. I dolci, il vino il liquore. Insomma pasto completo a 35 euro. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente dalla gentilissima proprietaria che ci ha trovato comunque due posti anche se era tutto prenotato.

The proposed menu is based on the exclusive use of cod declined in various and surprising types. However, the dishes offered are really good, evidence of a real culture of cooking cod.

Posto meraviglioso. E’ subito lì appena arrivi in paese. Noi siamo arrivati di domenica sera nella prima serata fredda dell’autunno dopo i 35 gradi dei giorni precedenti. La signora stava per chiudere ma appena ha sentito che saremmo ripartiti la mattina dopo ci ha accolti nel suo locale portandoci un’infinità di bocconcini al baccalà. Baccalà mantecato, cannelloni al baccalà, frittelle zucchine e baccalà, cestini di baccalà con gorgonzola e cipolle. Una meraviglia. Il tutto annaffiato da ottimo vino locale.
