A nice, characteristic family-run place, with really nice and kind owners, even if they're just meeting you for the first time. The proposed menu is based on the exclusive use of cod declined in various and surprising types. However, the dishes offered are really good, evidence of a real culture of cooking cod.

We arrived without booking on the "advice" of the hotelier where we slept because in his restaurant he didn't have anything to prepare for us having "the warehouse empty" due to our lack of half board choice, but we can't stop thanking the chef for letting us meet two people kind, welcoming, available like Mrs. Lillina and her husband. With expert hands she prepared a delicious dinner that was not at all improvised but was the result of that ancient but much maligned sense of hospitality by chatty hosts and then that holding back with sympathy and grace that together with the the goodness of the dishes demands a return...because what more do you want? a Lucanian! was the answer, yes but authentic and genuine (and as good as Mrs. Lillina)
