Everything was good, simple cuisine without great pretensions, a 35 euro menu consisting of 5 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course, dessert, water, coffee and wine, all included.

The food was delicious and plentiful.
We chose the tasting menu with all the courses, and everything was truly delicious. The stone-grilled meat as a second course was very interesting and highly recommended.
Excellent service, very hospitable and friendly.

A lovely mountain restaurant, which we stumbled upon by chance while descending from the Nivolet pass. We were greeted kindly but quickly, despite the dining room already being quite full. We had the full tasting menu, splitting it between two people, and it was all excellent, with more than adequate portions. Everything was excellent, and the staff were quick and friendly. Well done everyone, and keep up the good work.

We booked to eat in the little house across the street, and they were happy to accommodate us. Generous appetizers (with the option of second courses), including exceptional Alba cheese and fried tomino.
The gnocchi alle rose were delicate and tasty. The meat cooked on the losa was incredibly tender, accompanied by polenta.
My wife, who doesn't eat meat, received two slices of cheese, which she said were delicious.
The value for money was beyond exceptional.
The wait staff were extremely kind and polite.
Well done, well done, well done.
I personally highly recommend it.

Con amici già clienti, proviamo questa trattoria che però ha qualcosa di già visto, di familiare, chissà! Bel locale, pulito e ordinato, ben organizzato. Servizio inappuntabile. Veloce ed efficacie ma soprattutto amichevole e divertente. Buona cucina e buono il vino sfuso. Antipasti interessante gustosi anche se, l'olio tartufato dell'albese a me proprio non è piaciuto. Buoni i primi, soprattutto le tagliatelle al ragù di salsiccia. Fantastici i secondi. Ideale il menù degustazione da 35€ tutto compreso. Non male anche i dolci. Insomma: buona cucina, porzioni abbondanti, buon vino, prezzo corretto, servizio divertente ed efficacie. Cosa volere di più?
