Obligatory choice because that evening it was the only tavern open. Thank goodness... Excellent meat both Angus and Limousine. Compliments to all the staff.

Happened by chance and lucky to have found a place! Typical Umbrian and Gubbio dishes, very good and very courteous staff! If we end up in these parts again we will definitely return! We recommend it

Locale molto carino situato a pochi metri dalla fontana dei matti e da via dei consoli. Personale gentilissimo e prodigo di consigli sui piatti proposti. Ottima la cantina con vini da abbinare alle ottime pietanze proposte dallo chef. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato vivamente

Siam stati in questo locale consigliato dal nostro B&B. Purtroppo non abbiamo prenotato prima ma siam stati fortunati perché era rimasto ancora un tavolo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Noi abbiamo preso 2 piatti consigliati dall’Oste come scritto sul menù. Le cotiche e fagioli erano davvero buone che si scioglievano in bocca e anche saporite. Ottima anche la polenta con gorgonzola e tartufo,piatto abbondante. Ottimi anche i dolci! Prezzi nella media .Locale molto carino ! Consigliato!

We ate for lunch in this tavern, the place is very characteristic, clean and well-kept. We ate two first courses, truffle tartare and a dessert. Delicious fresh pasta, spectacular wild boar ragù; the tartare is one of the best I've ever eaten! The ricotta and berry tart served hot is delicious. Quality service, kind and attentive. Super recommended!!

I'm not giving 5 stars only because we weren't able to taste the meat because the kitchen was closed, I will happily go back to taste it, plentiful dishes

10/03/2025: The crescentine are soft and not greasy and the cold cuts are of excellent quality as is the squacquerone. Tasty first courses, especially the tortelloni. Soft and tasty grilled meat. Courteous service. We will be back to try the desserts too!

24/03/2025: Relaxing atmosphere and welcoming staff. I tried the pappardelle with white goose ragù and it was fabulous. Their goulash and the mixed starter with truffle omelette are also excellent.
