Posto carino e caratteristico , Ben pulito e ben condizionato . Abbiamo scelto di mangiare cose caratteristiche del posto . Strepitose le tagliatelle al tartufo . Il servizio è stato da 10 , gentile e cortese la ragazza ci ha spiegato e consigliato le pietanze proposte . Prezzo onesto e in linea con ciò che abbiamo mangiato Consigliatissimo

I must say the food was good, nothing to criticize, on the contrary: good meat, good starters. The service and the environment need to be improved a little: talking about dinner outside.

Review dated July 2022 Excellent Osteria in Gubbio. Excellent hospitality and service, the Piattone del Re is truly sublime: rich, tasty and with quality ingredients. I recommend it, it's a gem in the fantastic city of Gubbio. Review update 06/15/2024 Came back 2 years later, as if I had never left!! The quality is excellent, the prices are always very honest and the service is impeccable!! If I recommended it before, I now include it among the obligatory destinations for anyone passing through Gubbio. Great, keep it up!!!

Really excellent. Typical Eugubine cuisine, absolutely not to be missed, crescia onta (Eugubine bread that is only eaten here), km0 food from appetizers to meat. King's platter always excellent as is the gorgonzola and truffle polenta, sliced ​​beef and spectacular steaks. All in a truly wonderful historic venue. A real wedding favor in the center of Gubbio. Highly recommended.

We arrived after 2pm and without any problems we were welcomed and served very well, a super slice of Angus, a good glass and...... an adequate price, we will definitely return.

Locale molto elegante che si trova nel centro storico. Il titolare trasmette grande competenza, professionalità e passione per il suo lavoro. Antipasto con carpaccio, fagioli con le cotiche, frittata strapazzata con tartufo, bustrego con salsiccia, trippe in umido ed infine limousine da 1 kg il tutto innaffiato da Sangiovese con 20% di Barbera. Prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

21/08/2024: Spartan place but really very nice: you set the table yourself and order, then you gradually collect what you ordered. The dishes are simple but tasty, the portions are generous and the prices are fair. I recommend arriving early (we were there for dinner and arrived at 7.10pm), to avoid waiting too long. €54 to eat a mixed starter, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert, 1 water and 1 quarter of red wine.
20/08/2024: Excellent food to say the least! Don't be put off by the organization of the service because once you understand it it's very convenient... you arrive and take your "number" to order and pay at the cash register, while waiting for your turn you can choose a table and prepare it... and above all wait comfortably seated without having to queue standing as the number is called through screens... once this is done the orders are forwarded to the kitchens and in a short time the meals are ready! It's all really delicious and plentiful! We really had a great time! Thank you

Le Mandrie di San Paolo

02/09/2024: A beautiful farmhouse just a few minutes from Assisi. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and with an excellent view. The pool is small to accommodate tourists who visit the region in August, but having gone at the beginning of September there weren't many people. Regarding catering services: - dinner is good, with particular praise for the cheeses (of their own production); - breakfast unfortunately did not meet expectations, we went down early to have the opportunity to have the entire buffet available. In reality, almost everything was already finished, the buffet was not too rich, and the "refill" service of the dishes was very slow. Overall a great destination.
30/08/2024: I just finished dinner at this beautiful place, where there is a stunning view. Good dinner, very tasty dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. I hope to return. Thank you
