We have visited this place as a group and had a menu with all the best pizza and a drink. The pizza was excellent, however the starter was only mediocre. As desert, we had a drink, and they gave us the wrong one. Thedrink we got resembled desinfection more than alcohol. The waiters were friendly and even gave us a second (correct) drink. The Ambiente is nice with stylish interior and a beautiful interruption from the suburb of romr. It is also located in very close proximity to the Vatican state making it good for reaching it from the sites.

Best restaurant of my trip in rome, stayed near Vatican and got this place recommended by my concierge. reasonable price, great taste and awesome service! Will sure be back again whenever in Rome! Highly recommended even for vegetarians 👍🏼 Recommends - Cacio e Pepe., and Tiramisu

The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The food is the money, we had 4 different dishes and they all tasted good. Keep it up!!!

We ate her for dinner, both ordering pasta dishes amd a garlic tomato bread to share. We chose a carafe of house wine aswell. Whilst waiting we were served fresh bread and bruchetta. Food was gorgeous and the wine was good. We also ordered a frutta de zucci to try. The total bill was 43.50, such good value for the quality of the food! We loved it so much we returned on our last day for lunch, ordering pizzas and house wine. Strongly recommend a visit to this lovely restaurant

Un posto non certo indimenticabile: buona l'accoglienza ed il servizio, ma il cibo lasciava un po' a desiderare: mediamente discreto, salvo la carbonara, con un guanciale molto più che croccante, addirittura bruciato. Tenuto conto della qualità, i prezzi sembravano un po' eccessivi.

06/07/2024: Excellent restaurant. Real home cooking of excellent quality and well cooked. Excellent gnocchi and tripe. Delicious puffs with homemade pesto and tufts of buffalo mozzarella
29/06/2024: A simple cuisine, but everything really good. The girls are fast, cute and very kind. I have to try the desserts, but I didn't make it. Very fair price (First courses from €9 and house wine) Excellent quality-price relation I will return as soon as possible

Bottega Trattoria De Santis

11/08/2024: We went for Sunday lunch a while ago. Very quiet and clean place, friendly staff with genuine cuisine. Perhaps the prices are in line with the central area or a little higher. However highly recommended
28/07/2024: It's always a good idea to have an aperitif at De Santis. Very good cocktails, the platter is also good, but the fried chicken are absolutely my favourite.
