If I could add more stars, I would! It's been a while since I've eaten so well. Today, my husband and son went to this beautiful osteria. Finally, nothing fake, touristy, or artificial... Just excellent food, masterfully prepared. We ordered appetizers, and our taste buds were already awakening. Then came a first course of tagliatelline with rabbit and asparagus, which was so good I didn't want anything else. I wanted to preserve that flavor as long as possible. My husband also ordered dessert and coffee (even the coffee was excellent, which is not a given). And then there was the friendliness of the ladies who welcomed us in the dining room. Beautiful, friendly, and generous. This will be our go-to place in Pisa, and we hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts... and from the bottom of my heart.

A very pleasant welcome, excellent and fast service. English is spoken, and the menu is available in French on their website. The meal was excellent (wild boar and eggplant mezze), and wine is available by the glass. The panna cotta was delicious, as was the coffee. In short, we were delighted with our first meal in Pisa and highly recommend this place.

An old-fashioned tavern with a traditional atmosphere, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, and magnificent food. We'll definitely be returning.

Locale molto caratteristico, la titolare è la sua collaboratrice sono molto cortesi e professionali, guida Michelin dal 2007 ( non conosco bene i criteri per essere presenti su tale guida, ma se da più di 18 anni ci sono un motivo ci sarà!) mangiato egregiamente con prodotti di qualità, persino la Malvasia autoctona molto valida, prezzo giusto anche per la quantità del cibo. Ho promesso alla titolare che dovessi ritornare sicuramente sarà la mia prima tappa. Che dire da provare per forza !!!!

Ci siamo fatti consigliare per un pranzo a Pisa … direi molto soddisfacente. Menu completo di terra .. Antipasto,primo,secondo e dolce.. Osti simpatici e cordiali. Vicino alla piazza dei cavalieri. Non menu turistico. Andate!!!

27/08/2025: We went there for dinner without a reservation. The welcome was pleasant, and the food arrived quickly. From that point on, things went awry. There were bone fragments in the lasagna. We pointed this out to the waitress, and she explained that this was normal, as the ragù is made with rabbit, and some rabbit bones are too small to remove. There was no mention of this on the menu, and there was no information about it when ordering. We finished eating after the waitress informed us... because fishing bones out of your mouth isn't really nice. The table wasn't cleared, and at some point I asked for the bill. It arrived, and the plates were still on the table. When a second waiter saw this, a minor argument broke out between the waiters, and we weren't spoken to in a friendly manner again. We were glad when we finally left the place. It was a shame, because the atmosphere was very inviting and promising. Maybe it was just the wrong day.
