In Pisa there are very few alternatives for eating at a good level, and Osteria dei Cavalieri (and I add La Sosta dei Cavalieri located opposite) has always been a reference: traditional with that extra pinch of style to add panache and complexity to the dishes , without ever falling into the exaggeration of many Pisan restaurants that I classify in the "I would like but I can't" category...
Much attention is also paid to the seasonality of the products and fresh fish.
A guarantee.
Wine list to "refresh", in the past better...
Attentive, young and unpretentious service, pleasant and friendly, never intrusive.
I'll say more: in the city of Pisa, for midweek lunch, it is the only place worth eating.

In the center of Pisa, very close to the Normale, a beautiful osteria that rightly boasts the many reports received over the years in guides and gastronomic publications. The place is welcoming even if it is not particularly spacious, the staff demonstrates professionalism while providing an informal service, the food is good, with simple flavors but always well combined with each other. Good account for the quality.

locale storico in pieno centro, a due passi dalla Torre, molto contenuto in dimensioni e necessita la prenotazione. Tipico menù terra toscano, valido. Buona carta dei vini.
Il mucco pisano è una buona bistecca da provare.
