Good food, but nothing exceptional. The waiters are not always on point, and the environment is almost cramped

The food was blah, nothing that stood out, it felt quite industrial. The bad thing is the service, the waiters had quite racist attitudes towards us for being Latino. At no time were they disrespected, but they arrived with the plates and cutlery. When they were asked for salt or something else, they brought it reluctantly.

We had dinner here with a school tour group because the travel agency had booked it. The location is good, just off Piazza della Signoria. Dinner consisted of pasta, which was quite bland and could have used a bit more seasoning. As a main course we got potatoes, a little lettuce and meatballs. Personally, I still thought it was tasty, but the portions were small. An ice cream was served for dessert. Despite the crowds, the service was fairly quick.

We were there with a group, it's mostly a place for large reservations. The food was not very sophisticated, but it was good for a place that served more than 200 dishes in truly record time. I arrived with 70 people to eat and in one hour we were all served, I thought it was incredible and also the service from the majority was excellent

Florence is a bistecca, so it's meat 🥩 The meat is better if you go to another restaurant and of course the price is higher, but this lasagna was delicious😋

We went twice because we were traveling in a group and the agency had booked us dinner and lunch. The restaurant has a magnificent location, very close to the Plaza de la Signoria, but it will surely be the only good thing about it. Dinner consisted of a plate of cooked and vaguely seasoned pasta and a main course of roast chicken thigh, without salad or anything else, to drink only tap water and a dessert. The food was even worse, first a plate of sautéed pasta with a kind of vegetable cream that tasted like sachet and then some inedible meatballs. In my case, for the food, as I already knew the type of cuisine, I asked them to please not give me anything, in exchange I only asked for a plate of salad. I think in the end I was the one who ate the best of everyone who went, even if it was just a sad salad. The restaurant is quite large and well decorated, the waiters are somewhat dry and the food, at least these closed menus, is catastrophic.
