This place is packed! Lots of large groups, which probably explains why the steak comes out in a huge pile meant for sharing. Appetizers and dessert was delicious too.

The lunch here was incredible. I came with a large group and the service was incredible. The steak that this region is well known for was amazing and the wine perfect. It was very loud inside but it was really packed. Our course's came out really quickly.

Terrible food. I came with a travel group whose lunch the agency booked for us. They served us pasta that was beyond al dente, very tough. The waiters treated us badly just for asking for bread. They make a living off tourism and can't stand tourists. Bad, bad. I don't recommend it.

It seemed like a restaurant that caters to large groups, so it was pretty crowded to secure a seat. The food was served by a cheerful Italian waiter. First, we had a pasta appetizer. When I asked for a little, he jokingly served me just one piece, but in the end, he gave me a huge portion, lol. The main course was a Tuscan specialty: pork steak, I think. The waiter passed around serving it on our plates. It was large and firm. For dessert, we had the usual sweet tiramisu-like treat.

Éramos parte de una excursión en autobús y el almuerzo fue una excursión adicional. Éramos diez y tengo que decir que todos disfrutamos mucho de esta comida. El primer plato fue un trío de bruschetta seguido de un plato de pasta simple pero sabroso. Lo más destacado de la comida fue el Steak Florentine. ¡Qué experiencia! En la mesa se colocaron enormes platos de filete con cuencos de papas y ensalada. La carne estaba tan tierna y magníficamente cocinada... rosa, pero sin sangre. Comimos contentos hasta el corazón, pero no pudimos terminar todo. El servicio fue rápido y amable y el vino delicioso! ¡Una experiencia muy memorable!

20/07/2025: Some pros and cons, all in all, three out of five. The showers are a disaster. They take forever to heat up, and when they do, they're only hot. If you want to turn it down, it's cold again, and the water just trickles. The hairdryer only works partially; it turns off every 30 seconds because it gets too hot. The rooms facing the street are very noisy, and you can hear people walking above you, even at night. But the location is great, very close to the train station and very close to the cathedral and other sights. The agent is very nice, even if you have to communicate in Italian or with Google Translate. The rooms themselves are really nice and clean, decorated in an older style.
02/05/2025: Our experience was wonderful, Maria is charming, very loving in her treatment. He kept our backpacks for us at no cost, for the whole day. He advised us on the places we could visit, information that was very helpful. Of course we highly recommend it!🍀
