I went there for Christmas lunch and it was fantastic! Stunning location, smiling, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, and the food we ate was truly spectacular: unique and original flavors, and dishes prepared with attention to every detail.

Everything was fantastic! Top location, whether with friends or as a couple, the food was really, really good! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in helping you choose the various courses and wines. Highly recommended restaurant 😍.

A dinner at Bicio is a guarantee that lasts for years: service, quality, friendliness, and professionalism. Reservations are recommended, and well in advance for weekend and holiday evenings.

For our first time at this restaurant, we were very satisfied with both the food and the atmosphere, which was warm and even romantic, given that there's an area with tables set back from the others. We didn't order meat, so I can't comment on that.

With friends, we made a reservation at Osteria degli Usignoli, a welcoming restaurant in this old mill near Cesena. It was truly a wonderful experience; we had one of the best dinners we've had in recent memory. Thanks to Alessandra and all the staff for their hospitality, courtesy, and the quality of all the ingredients. There aren't enough words to describe how sublime this evening was.

While it's important to note that "osteria" is now only part of the name and no longer the ambiance (in fact, you won't find anything resembling an osteria here), Osteria Degli Usignoli can truly be considered a Cesena excellence. Excellent raw materials, delicious meat, an interesting wine list, and truly amazing desserts... The only (and not insignificant) flaw is the wait. One of the few restaurants open on Mondays, and perhaps this worked against us: more than three hours to enjoy an appetizer (excellent: mixed crostini and battilarda), a main course (pichana steak with porcini mushrooms and potatoes: plentiful and worthy of an A+), dessert, and coffee... Leave your rush, all you who enter (on Mondays).

15/09/2025: We stopped here last night, passing through for dinner. The atmosphere is truly charming and well-kept. The restaurant overlooks a charming little street. The girls serving are very helpful and know how to pamper their guests. The menu is truly thoughtful and anything but ordinary. The cheese selection and the roast suckling pig are both very good.
08/09/2025: A beautiful little restaurant in the heart of Bagno di Romagna, unfortunately a bit hidden. The formula is interesting: for a fixed price, you can try 2, 3, or 5 dishes. The portions aren't overly generous, allowing you to sample multiple dishes, all delicious and never banal. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the staff was very friendly; they welcomed us early with an aperitif. Highly recommended!

23/11/2025: A historic restaurant at the foot of Sogliano al Rubicone, nestled in the tranquil hills of Romagna. A cuisine that cherishes tradition and, over the years, has never lost its most authentic flavors. The homemade pasta is excellent: the delicate and fragrant porcini hearts arrive with a touch of class: a sprinkle of grated Fossa cheese, a tribute to the region, instead of the traditional cheese bowl. The tagliatelle with ragù are excellent: wide, coarse, and cooked to perfection. The ragù, flavorful and well-thinned, completes the dish without being overpowering. The roast rabbit is delicious, rich in flavor and expertly cooked, resulting in a tender and fragrant dish. Homemade mascarpone and tiramisu round out the meal with a sweet treat perfect for a leisurely Sunday. The finale is sweet and comforting: homemade mascarpone and tiramisu, perfect for a Sunday lunch. Service is fast and precise, with friendly and attentive waiters. The wine list is basic but adequate, enough to choose and enjoy excellent local Sangiovese wines.
