If I could give it 10 stars, I would! The food was simply first-class and by far the best we've eaten here. The two hostesses were very friendly and accommodating. A perfect end to our short trip.

A restaurant slightly removed from the lakeside, perfect for a good meal in a romantic and slightly quieter setting. Authentic and delicious cuisine, great service.

It is a lovely little restaurant where you fell welcomed. The waiters were very polite and friendly. The dishes were very tasteful and it was noticeable they were after traditional recipes. If you want to experience the Italian culture, I definitely recommend this place.

A very good Italian restaurant, somewhat hidden away, with a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious and authentic. The service was also very friendly and attentive.

This was a first meal in Italy and unfortunately we were disappointed. We had heard rave reviews about authentic Italian food and maybe our expectations were too high. The appetizers and cheese board were good but the lasagna was not. I've had better lasagna in the States.

When we're in Pallanza, we always try to stop by Osteria degli Specchi.
It's a hidden gem, nestled in the streets of the historic center.
The chef and his staff are always incredibly kind.
Last night, they hosted us even after 10 pm.
All the dishes offered are carefully crafted with excellent ingredients.
Our favorite is their Carbonara: delicious!
We'll keep coming back to Osteria degli Specchi!

Location molto bella! Il personale è gentilissimo, ti senti in famiglia. La signora in sala è gentilissima e molto simpatica. Il cibo è ottimo! Abbiamo preso il tagliere, ci si mangia tranquillamente in 3, ottimi formaggi e salumi, poi una amatriciana e una carbonara, ottime e molto abbondanti, brasato con polenta, la carne si scioglieva in bocca. Prezzo molto giusto per il cibo e soprattutto le porzioni. Che dire?! Venite a provare questa locanda.
