Place just off the motorway, perfect if you're passing through. Friendly staff and excellent food typical of the area. I only recommend booking, if you can, if you come on holidays because it is very popular.

Warm and welcoming environment, enhanced by the kindness of the staff. I ordered a piece of meat recommended by the house, and while waiting they brought me a welcome gift.

Excellent location, clean environment, fast and accurate service. Excellent cuisine, with traditional Tuscan dishes. Both the meat and the first courses are excellent... and the fried foods do not disappoint. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

Trattoria Da Bule

09/02/2025: 21 of us had lunch at Bule for an important birthday and I must say that Daniele and Sara with their staff are always a guarantee! Nice welcome, excellent quality food, plentiful and well presented, impeccable service, more than reasonable price.
05/02/2025: Da Bule is a typical Tuscan trattoria nestled in the hills not far from Florence, excellent food and very reasonable prices (a quantity of peposo worthy of attempted murder but that's how we like it) first-rate local cured meats and cheeses, very high quality meat, the only sore point perhaps is the desserts but you don't go to Tuscany to eat notoriously sweets, highly recommended, hurry up before it is completely invaded by Americans, already the other evening there was a family next to our table!

16/02/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday. The Fiorentina was absolutely perfect, cooked to perfection and with a flavor that left you speechless. The desserts were also delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. The prices are fair for the quality they offer, an excellent quality-price ratio. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it to those looking for an authentic and quality gastronomic experience!
11/02/2025: We visited for a dinner and enjoyed a fine atmosphere with good wine and an incredible steak. No wonder this place has been getting Michelin honours for three consecutive years, provided the excellent service, the enriched menu and the venue's elegant atmosphere. Well done to the L'Ortone team and management.
