Thanks to its strategic location, just off the highway toll booth with a fast charging station in the parking lot, it's already an excellent option. Adding that to a delicious steak makes everything even better.

The Florentine steak was average, served on a cold plate, not a griddle. The Florentine steak plates were lukewarm, but nothing special. The quality/price ratio was poor.

We went there, recommended by friends, for a quick lunch on the way home: excellent! A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all carefully prepared traditional dishes. We had a Tuscan appetizer with traditional cured meats and crostini, followed by pappardelle with local wild boar sauce: everything was exceptional.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
The price was excellent for the quantity and quality.
We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again. I also recommend it because it's right off the highway exit, making it very convenient.
I recommend making a reservation because it's very popular.

We had dinner at this osteria last night and it was a wonderful discovery! The Tuscan platter was delicious!
The Tuscan ragù was truly high-quality.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always smiling. They even gave us helpful tips on what to visit the following day, which we greatly appreciated.
You can sense their passion for their work and their attention to their customers. Highly recommended,
we'll definitely be back!

We went to Osteria dei Giusti last night and had a truly wonderful time! The meat was excellent quality, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive: in addition to making us feel at ease throughout the evening, they also recommended places to visit the next day, demonstrating great helpfulness and customer service.
A truly positive experience in every way. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for good food and a welcoming atmosphere!

If you want to stop for a bite to eat while traveling on the A1, this is the place.
It's very busy right after the toll booth, so reservations are recommended.
The menu is traditional Tuscan, featuring a Florentine steak (minimum 1 kg), with a variety of meats available.
Excellent service: fast, courteous, and helpful.
