We were passing through and stopped here for a bite to eat around 5pm. The restaurant was not open yet and would open at 7 p.m. After consulting with the pizza chef, we were able to eat pizza. Very friendly and nice! Pizzas were delicious so it was great that we could eat them anyway! Atmosphere is simple with a large TV that was on, but otherwise clean, fresh, friendly and affordable!

The food was very good, the staff were welcoming and friendly... It's a shame that the portions were much smaller than last year, especially with regards to the first courses, but also the rest. It's a real shame...a big flaw for a very pleasant place... The pici didn't weigh more than 50 grams! Very little... Risotto ditto... Bring the portions back to normal and you will be among the best. On the way to La Regina we stopped for il cafe and a small foccacica farcita, or something like a closed pizza with ham and mozzarella inside. After 12.5 km in the mountains, conquering several peaks, exhausted, on the way back to the vicinity of Florence, we stopped there for dinner. It was the only open place within 20-30 km of La Regina. We ordered a pizza with our own ingredients - we added two other ingredients to the salami picante. Tuscan style pizza. Thin and crispy dough. The small edges are also crispy. Lots of goods :) Plus Risotto with Funghi Porcini - Tuscan mushrooms. Everything was so good that we couldn't resist dessert. It was Creama di mascarpone - recommended by a very nice waitress. The staff speaks English. You will get along without any problems. Very nice owners. The perfect dinner after an exhausting hike. I recommend! Worth visiting!
