A restaurant without infamy and with some praise, to summarize... Let me explain: the first courses are good, all more or less in the wake of the Bolognese tradition; a slightly lower level for the second courses, not because the ones my friends and I tried weren't good, but because in a Bolognese restaurant second courses such as Bolognese cutlet or, at least in winter, boiled meat cannot be missing. Prices in line with the average of the historic center, attentive service. Worth trying, but without excessive expectations.

The Osteria de' Coltelli da Biagio is a very welcoming place run by Biagio and Tommaso where you can feel their passion. The restaurant retains the characteristics of a typical Bolognese tavern albeit with some Calabrian contamination that recalls the origins of the owners. Unfortunately, in addition to the photo of the appetizer and one of Mr. Biagio, we didn't think about photographing anything else because it was all delicious and we were busy enjoying ourselves. the moment of conviviality and sharing. But we will definitely return if we find ourselves in Bologna
