I had a truly delicious lunch at Giuliana, a typical Bergamo trattoria in the lower town. I went with a friend and we had a wonderful time! We tried the casoncelli—simply perfect, with authentic flavors and traditionally prepared—and the raw horse meat, tender and of excellent quality. The rich and carefully curated vegetable buffet was also very popular, with many fresh and authentic options. The restaurant is more than traditional, welcoming, and has that family atmosphere that only true trattorias can offer. The service is friendly and attentive, and the dishes are generous and authentic: a place that captures the essence of Bergamo cuisine.

Mangiato abbastanza bene, peccato la compagnia. Vino pessimo, quasi aceto, occhio! Per il resto staff genitile prezzi non lo so, paga la ditta.

Un posto pieno di collezioni sorprendenti e varie (dalle Barbie ai crocifissi, dalle maglie dell’Atalanta ai vecchi giocattoli …) con camerieri allegri e soprattutto sotto lo sguardo esperto di Giuliana. Abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici (casoncelli, polenta, carne di cavallo..) scegliendoli su un menù scritto in modo informale ma simpatico . Prezzo fisso 25 € (primo, secondo, buffet di verdure, acqua , vino, dolce e caffè): ben spesi!
