Well... nice ambiance, attentive service, but we weren't satisfied with what we tried: egg yolk didn't convince me 100%, mixed fried food with too much batter compared to fish/vegetables and semi-cold, tonnarelli with lobster good but I would have expected to see the lobster, but instead it was all drowned in too much sauce. The dessert (millefoglie) and the starter offered on the house were good. I give 3 stars out of respect for the commitment of those who work there, but I don't agree with the enthusiastic reviews

With a group of friends I had the opportunity to dine at Pes bistrot. The quality of the dishes and impeccable service made the dinner truly enjoyable! From the appetizer to the dessert I appreciated their excellent quality proposals, in my case I chose the paccheri with prawns and mixed fried food. Courtesy and professionalism distinguish the staff ready to satisfy our requests. Nice and welcoming place. I will definitely come back to visit them!

Top venue, lunch menu with few but very good choices, which helps you not have to spend 30 minutes choosing your dish, professional waiters... environment with great attention to detail... I went to PES Bistrot for a couple's dinner during the week, and it was a really enjoyable evening! The restaurant specializes in fish dishes, and we were able to savor a menu that makes the most of this cuisine. I chose a first course, a second course and a dessert, all accompanied by an excellent still white wine: each course was prepared with fresh ingredients and served with care, with truly delicious flavours. The quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the quality of the dishes and the presentation. The staff was very kind and helpful, attentive to every detail without ever being intrusive. The waiting times were absolutely normal, allowing us to enjoy each course calmly. The location is completely new, welcoming and furnished with a modern style which makes the atmosphere relaxing and perfect for an intimate dinner. I highly recommend PES Bistrot to anyone who wants a quality seafood dinner in a pleasant setting. I can't wait to go back!

I had a great experience at Pes Bistro! I started with a fish starter, which really brought out the flavor of the sea. As a first course, I chose the paccheri with prawns, a perfectly balanced dish, with juicy prawns and perfectly cooked pasta. To finish, the mixed fried fish and vegetables was truly excellent: light, crunchy and not at all greasy, perfect to end the meal on a high note. Impeccable service, welcoming environment and truly high quality food. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who loves fresh, well-cooked fish!

Very fresh fish, very kind staff, the interior has just been renovated and is very welcoming, the chef is "unique" and available to explain the ingredients of each dish and give excellent advice.
