Historic place in a very characteristic context. Ligurian cuisine and reasonable prices. The only flaw, if I may say so, is that it is always full and only if you go very early you do not have to wait.

Here at Vittorio I found the old and typical trattoria You can't book if you want to eat you arrive and wait if it's full Anyway usually half an hour maximum the service is quick and fast, the girls are very kind Excellent quality/price ratio I really think if I return to Chiavari I'll return to Vittorio again Well done keep it up

A great admirer of the Chiavarese tavern that I have frequented since the seventies, I had the feeling that after the death of the legendary Dino there was a change in the traditional cooking of farinata. Also purchased to take away, on more than one occasion I found the base not cooked regularly, but rubbery. I hope that my comment will be accepted by virtue of the long knowledge of all the dishes proposed, always excellent. Even the Genoese friends who are my guests have noticed this anomaly. I hope to find the farinata in a few days as it was when it was baked after the great wait, by the unforgettable supervisor Dino! See you soon of course.

I was a child who came with my grandfather Rocco many years ago, and as then the food is very good the staff 💯and they always give me beautiful memories of a grandfather who is no longer with us but who left from Bedonia and came to Chiavari to the legendary Vittorio. Thanks to all of you for still being pillars of Chiavari

Really nice restaurant with a view on the plaza. Food came really fast and was delicious. As a vegetarian the options were limited but good. It was very full so the service was a bit rushed, we came early and didn’t have to wait for a table.

Bei unserem Italienbesuch besuchten wir wieder einmal die Osteria Vittorio und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Authentische Küche, schnell und gut, freundlicher Service und schöne Ambiente. Gerne wieder

Osteria molto semplice che offre piatti della tradizione ligure e non solo. Servizio semplice ma personale molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Cosa abbastanza rara da queste parti. Bravi!

12/07/2025: Everything was excellent. The focaccia was spectacular. The service from the Balinese waiter (unfortunately, we didn't ask his name) was incredible! The only thing I didn't like (!!!!) was the tiramisu, which wasn't as classic as you'd expect; it was 95% cream. But I repeat: it was my taste.
17/06/2025: Fantastic dinner indoors, we ate almost too much because everything was so tasty and authentic. Service is attentive and friendly. Prices are correct.

30/06/2025: For me super! Very "easy" place with table service only for drinks. You order food directly from the chefs and pick it up as soon as it's ready, I liked it a lot. The fried fish and sardines were exquisite.
27/06/2025: It's been a while since I've eaten such a good fritto misto and for so little money (11€) If you don't mind the fact that you have to queue to order like at McDonald's, but here there's not an underpaid girl with a pissed off look who serves you, but a nice and smiling Genoese. Afterwards you sit where there's room, here too you don't have to be fussy because the seats are in 2 nearby places and the outdoor terrace. Overall and paying attention to how you eat it's better than many expensive restaurants on the Ligurian Riviera. If you come to Genoa, stop by.
