Great selection of vegan pizzas- I had the one with the blue cheese which was nice, the base was really good, the toppings were ok. Cool little spot with standing room only. Would recommend.

We went to try the pizza because of its good reviews, and to our surprise, there were several completely vegan options... They were so delicious that we returned the next day to try different ones. Super delicious and fast service. Thank you from Spain. Congratulations!!!

It doesn't look very appealing from the outside.. but it was the BEST pizza we ate in Venice!! The prices are reasonable, very cheap for the city's standards!!

Quick place to grab a pizza or sandwich. Nice service. Many vegan options. I ate here twice during my time in venice. Very good and I recommend it to vegans visiting venice.

Take out only, but definitely worth a visit. Delicious ready made sandwiches with many vegan options. Made to order pizzas, again with numerous vegan options. Very generous portions. And all the staff were helpful and pleasant. Great experience and delicious food!

I had my first slice of pizza in Italy at Pizzeria L’Angelo, and it was so memorable that I had to return. Throughout our three-week trip across Italy, this pizzeria remained one of the standouts — I kept thinking about it no matter where we traveled. The spicy salami pizza is exceptional, topped with generous slices of salami. While the service can be a bit brusque, simply grab your pizza and find a nearby spot to enjoy it. I highly recommend this place for a delicious, quick meal in Venice. At €3 per slice, it’s one of the best values you’ll find in the city.

Old City Pizzeria

17/09/2025: We went there for dinner after a shopping trip on the recommendation of our camping neighbors. The Italian flair is palpable from the moment you enter the restaurant. Seconds later, the owner, Francesco, welcomes you so warmly, as if you've been friends for years. The chef and staff are very attentive and accommodating. The pizza and wine are also excellent. Francesco is happy to explain at your table how the special pizza dough is made. It seems Francesco knows each of his guests personally, as he greets everyone by their first name and graciously escorts them to their table. As we said our goodbyes after a lovely evening, we were even given a jar of delicious pistachio cream, which we now enjoy very carefully (so it lasts a long time) for breakfast at home.
