Absolutely tasty pizza, probably one of the best I had, the vegan/vegetarian options are also so good, we tried random vegan pizza sandwiches and they were actually so good, one of them, possibly with caramalized pumpkin, was probaly the best “sandwich” i have ever had, it was so good god damn this place is just worth. Prices on medium side. Only non positive points: eat on street or take out( no inside tables), and the service might not be perfectly suited for tourists as an older lady tends to only speak Italian and somewhat colder, but for me its no problem, its not requirement to speak English, especally when they know their food is so good ir dont matter. Spectacular! It's a small place at street level, but the pizzas are delicious and very reasonably priced. You can sit and eat by the canal nearby, watching the gondolas go by. 😍

After reading the reviews and passing by a couple of times, I decided to go in and buy a calzone... a total success! The dough was special and delicious. I hadn't enjoyed any dough so much until I had the one from l'angelo, my son, who owns a pizzeria in Spain called Nuvola. He makes a spectacular Neapolitan dough in a wood-fired oven, and this one reminded me of it, with excellent ingredients. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful food with me. I haven't tasted anything so delicious since the last one I had at Nuvola (Valladolid, Spain).

Osteria Al Cicheto

30/11/2025: A small but welcoming place where you can enjoy typical Venetian dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Despite its proximity to the station, the osteria satisfied me in every way. The staff is friendly and helpful, and even though I hadn't booked, they still found me a place. The dishes are few but carefully prepared and perfect in their simplicity (in the evening, there's a sort of fixed menu, or a minimum number of dishes per person to consider). The saor, the creamed cod, and the bigoli in salsa were excellent: the persimmon pannacotta was a fitting conclusion. The wine selection, and the expertise of the staff, are impeccable. Given the simple yet refined, sincere, and welcoming atmosphere, it's definitely a stop not to be missed.
27/11/2025: I’m on my second day in Venice and I’m back here again. You absolutely have to try Girly. If Chanel Chance Eau Splendide were a wine, it would definitely be this one. I’m coming again tomorrow 🌹
