We ate wonderfully, and they even accommodated my vegan diet. The service was very welcoming, and we felt at ease right away. I highly recommend this restaurant. And don't forget to try the grappa after your meal!

After a couple of attempts to try the restaurant's cuisine, the third one was a success. We had an appetizer of gratinated scallops and two spaghetti with lobster. Both dishes met our expectations. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was very clean and reflects what one would expect from a mountain restaurant. We will definitely return when we're in the area, just make sure to book ahead.

The waiting time is long but if you are in good company the wait is repaid by excellent dishes made on the spot, good first and second courses of meat and the desserts rigorously made on the spot.

Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy not only meat dishes but also expertly prepared fish dishes. Some are a real treat for the palate, a real surprise! The desserts are also delicious! We were so impressed that we've already booked a second visit (to try other dishes on the menu).

At the end of a long walk in the woods, we booked a mid-August lunch at this unfamiliar restaurant... A simple, rustic atmosphere, good table service despite the large crowds. Good food: homemade tagliatelle with venison ragù, then spaghetti with Trabucco sauce (fish sauce), and eggplant meatballs with tomato sauce and pecorino cheese as an appetizer. All accompanied by a good sparkling white wine, and the house wine, Ribolla Gialla, on offer... Prices are reasonable, in line with the type of restaurant. Suitable for all ages, including families.

We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance and it was a delightful surprise. The restaurant (family-run, I believe) has a slightly retro yet pleasant feel. We had two exceptional first courses, and the service was as informal as it was pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended, and I'm giving it 5 stars for added encouragement!

Cosa dire ? Ottimo . Una cucina tradizionale ma molto ricercata nei prodotti di ottima qualità. Una preparazione che fa capire quanto amore ed entusiasmo c è . Un lavoro pieno di sacrifici che questi giovani fanno. BRAVI BRAVISSIMI .👍

Una garanzia!!! Quando voglio mangiare il pesce fatto bene da Grado vado fino a Forni da Nice.Ambiente famigliare, sorridenti ottimi piatti e pulito.Consigliatissimo

02/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd give it many more stars if it were possible! Original and never boring dishes, carefully selected ingredients, and a top-notch tasting menu. A restaurant that clearly stands out among Lignagna restaurants, thanks to the preparation and attention to detail that shines through in every detail. Impeccable service and an excellent wine list. Highly recommended!
28/09/2025: Dinner in September, without the August crowds. Relaxing atmosphere, close to the promenade, spacious and stylishly furnished without being overbearing. Tasting menu with fish or meat, or à la carte. I opted for the latter. Entree: mini bao with creamed sea bass. Good. Appetizer: fried sardines with panko. Excellently fried, but too thin and therefore lacking in flavor. Main course: dry-aged fish (amberjack) with vegetables and a sauce. Excellent in flavor and pairing. Truly excellent. Dessert: cinnamon ice cream on crumble, delicious in flavor, texture, and intensity. Wines (all from Friuli) excellent. Special mention for the homemade bread and focaccia, Trieste olive oil, balsamic vinegar from Midolini, and vinegar from Subida. A wonderful discovery in a place like Lignano, no less...
