After a couple of attempts to try the restaurant's cuisine, the third one was a success. We had an appetizer of gratinated scallops and two spaghetti with lobster. Both dishes met our expectations. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was very clean and reflects what one would expect from a mountain restaurant. We will definitely return when we're in the area, just make sure to book ahead.

The waiting time is long but if you are in good company the wait is repaid by excellent dishes made on the spot, good first and second courses of meat and the desserts rigorously made on the spot.

Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy not only meat dishes but also expertly prepared fish dishes. Some are a real treat for the palate, a real surprise! The desserts are also delicious! We were so impressed that we've already booked a second visit (to try other dishes on the menu).

At the end of a long walk in the woods, we booked a mid-August lunch at this unfamiliar restaurant...
A simple, rustic atmosphere, good table service despite the large crowds.
Good food: homemade tagliatelle with venison ragù, then spaghetti with Trabucco sauce (fish sauce), and eggplant meatballs with tomato sauce and pecorino cheese as an appetizer.
All accompanied by a good sparkling white wine, and the house wine, Ribolla Gialla, on offer...
Prices are reasonable, in line with the type of restaurant.
Suitable for all ages, including families.

We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance and it was a delightful surprise. The restaurant (family-run, I believe) has a slightly retro yet pleasant feel. We had two exceptional first courses, and the service was as informal as it was pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended, and I'm giving it 5 stars for added encouragement!
