Charming location in an interesting piazza. You probably need to book, as in most places in this town. The mixed antipasto was very good and varied, best so far, and my pasta special was very tasty.

Atmosphere and location were great. The food was good but nothing to stand out. Portions were rather small. The service was ok but somehow cold which is not so typical for what we have experienced so far in this region.

Locale semplice e genuino, personale gentile e disponibile, menu del territorio con ottima cantina. Umbrichelli all’amatriciana e altri pistacchio e speck, ossobuco con verdure e baccalà all’orvietana, gelati tutto semplicemente superlativo. Un solo consiglio: non prendete il tiramisù al pandoro perché è proprio immangiabile. Ma chi se ne frega se tutto il resto è da 10 e lode? Conto onestissima nella splendida Orvieto. Andateci ed uscirete strasiddafatti. Bravi.

El ravioli con pesto de nuez fue la mejor comida que tuve en todo mi viaje de dos semanas a Italia. Lamento haberlo compartido con mi compañera. El restaurante era acogedor y encantador y un poco fuera de los caminos trillados.

23/04/2025: The place is small, but with many tables even in front of the door. A beautiful floor, beautiful arches, but unusual furnishings with colored curtains here and there in the room, a flowered screen perhaps separating it from a private wardrobe. Colored tablecloths, paper napkins, round glass underplate on which a rectangular ceramic plate designed to swing will rest. Good first courses, the "peposo" not very tasty, classic dessert.
24/03/2025: Beautiful family outing, the icing on the cake, "duca di Orvieto" .. Excellent meal, quality food and prepared and welcoming staff.. we had a great time!

11/05/2025: A must stop in Orvieto! Thanks to the kindness of the staff, the attention to detail, the homemade pasta, the choice of raw materials, the extreme cleanliness, this place is unmissable!!!! Thanks for your hospitality ❤️
09/05/2025: A lovely place for lunch or dinner. There was plenty of seating inside and out. We went for the asparagus and speck risotto and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly, also reasonably priced. Would definitely return if we came back to Orvieto.
