Rustic atmosphere and homemade food. They have that type of dish from which they don't deviate and the waitress practically "forced" me to eat spaghetti with clams which still turned out to be good. The frico was also good, better than many other places. The sore point is the old man inside, I think the owner, who railed against someone all the time and then at the end of lunch he even made a disrespectful joke towards a small child, the daughter of a girl who was at our table. Tolerated because he is elderly. Spartan environment and honest prices.

The trattoria da Lucia has been offering its specialty of spaghetti with clams and mussels for years, the fish-based second courses are also excellent, and excellent wines.

Tried it after hearing it mentioned a lot by acquaintances... Rustic atmosphere, basic service... like a tavern and ok, it fits. No menu and the waitress who says the bare minimum (it was the first time we went there....it's not like I can already know what they have 😅😅) I had fish salad (which was just octopus) and fried calamari.... very good! Fish that melted in your mouth... One flaw.....paying 5 euros for a mini terrine of only green salad (practically paid as a more elaborate side dish!!) seems a bit excessive to me!!! However, I'll adjust next time I go back...I saw some interesting mussel dishes

I have always eaten well, it is a typical historic Friulian trattoria, and has beautiful rooms available for customers to stay. Close to the city centre, it is a place I would recommend.
