At Giuseppe "gallina" you can find local cuisine at honest prices
It would be an excellent judgment if he managed to revisit some proposals in a more modern way.

A nice pleasant discovery. Semi-hidden restaurant but really very tasty.
The waiter and owner were very kind and welcoming.
Spectacular ricotta entrée spread on bread and taralli.
Varied appetizer both hot and cold with goodies such as fried meatballs, omelette with melted cheese and pancakes with caramelized onion.
First of all, not excessively abundant but right and with top ingredients.
Sweets and bitters offered.
Price absolutely fair and affordable especially for a family. Cozy atmosphere (much better than the photo of the place!).
Ps. Don't get there by car because you pass through very narrow alleys, I recommend parking outside the historic center.

Trattoria eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti. Servizio attento, cortese e professionale diretto dal titolare sig. Giuseppe che è anche un ottimo poliglotta. Si comincia con gli innumerevoli ed abbondanti antipasti della casa , tutti genuini e composti da prodotti locali. Il menù propone degli ottimi e squisiti primi e dei prelibati secondi tra cui prediligo l’asino cipollato: uno stracotto di asino tenero e saporito mai mangiato altrove. Ci sono anche dei gustosi contorni. Ho gustato una superba crema catalana come dolce. Buono il vino della casa e la scelta delle cantine per chi volesse quello in bottiglia. Costo più che adeguato. Consigliassimo.
