We arrived in front by chance... I had heard about this tavern... everything was really good and genuine, I would definitely return...... everyone was very kind and nice... thanks for everything.... the price was more than fair given the quality of the dishes.....

Osteria famous for many years...not much to add... difficult to book in a short time; polite and kind staff; very clean place; excellent quality/price ratio: all homemade dishes. Yesterday: full menu 34 euros...4 appetizers (cooked and raw salami), raw meat (spectacular!), Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce (excellent meat), tajarin with ragù (so good), agnolotti del plin, braised meat with potatoes, rabbit, trio of desserts (meringue with cream 10 and praise, bunet, panna cotta (this is real whipped cream) with strawberry sauce)...I have no words!!!

I had heard very positive things about it and expectations were largely met, excellent raw materials, impeccable service and excellent food quality. I highly recommend it (the only flaw was that we booked about 4 months in advance, but there were 20 of us)

Come sempre una garanzia di cordialità e qualità del cibo eccellente. Menù piemontese buonissimo, per poi concludere con tris di dolci eccellenti.

Bravissimiiiii Semplicissimi Abbondantissimi Squisitissimi Chiudete gli occhi e tornate si sapori di quando eravate bambini ... E alla fine abbiate l'onore di stringere la mano alla famigerata cuoca Gemma.

23/04/2025: My husband and I were staying in Barolo and looking for a place to eat on Easter Sunday - a quiet day in a small town in Italy for sure. We were lucky enough that La Salita was open that evening. We were highly impressed but the small but curated menu, and the attention to detail in everything. The bread was fresh, the pasta was delicious and the wine was great. We would love to come back if we return to the area.
21/04/2025: I had lunch with my family on Easter day, possibility of having an à la carte menu or small tasting menus. Everything was delicious, the tajarin were delicious, and an excellent selection of wines. Nice environment that gives you the idea of ​​being in a cellar. Very friendly and smiling staff.
