This is a place I'd return to. The set menu is a devastating test of endurance, with generous appetizers (the tartare is incredible), the tajarin pasta that melts in your mouth, the ravioli al plin, a lesser favorite, but that's my personal taste. The main courses are tender, and the trio of desserts complete the meal in style and fullness! The bill is negligible for the quality and quantity.

A classic Piedmontese trattoria. With authentic dishes and attentive service. Personally, I didn't find the dishes unforgettable, but they were honest and delicious, and excellent value.

It was a great experience. We ate a lot and very well, and the prices were average at €70 for two with a half-board of house wine. They offer repeat dishes; it's considered an all-you-can-eat Piedmontese experience of the highest quality. It took us a year to book, and on that very day it was pouring with rain. We came anyway, and all the tables were taken :)

24/08/2025: We had dinner with friends. The staff were friendly and the place was quiet in the center of town. The tagliolini with truffles were delicious, paired with a nice bottle of Nebbiolo. Highly recommended!
21/08/2025: Restaurant with 2 terraces, one of which is away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Good food. Friendly and efficient staff.
