Da Gaz is a cozy and welcoming restaurant located in San Giuliano Milanese, specializing in seafood and fish dishes. The menu is focused almost entirely on the catch of the day, making it a perfect spot for true seafood lovers. The setting offers both indoor and outdoor seating—just be aware that outdoor tables can attract quite a few mosquitos. The food is excellent: fresh fish and refined flavors throughout. Highly recommended dishes include the linguine with scampi, the tagliolini with shrimp, and the mixed seafood appetizer. Prices are reasonable for the quality, especially considering it’s all seafood—around €35 per person, wine included.

Crudi buonissimi. Il riso al nero di seppia sapeva solo di burro. Il locale era pieno di abitue’ per cui gli darei una seconda possibilita’.

An unpretentious but concrete tavern. The atmosphere is rustic, as expected in places of this type. You are welcomed by the owner, who entertains the diners for the entire duration of the meal, with jokes that are sometimes surprising, but not annoying. The menu is entirely fish-based and the dishes are interesting, well cooked and tasty. A few details could be improved, such as the mussels, which were a little salty, but all in all, I think I ate well. The cost is commensurate with that of the raw material, which is not low.
