Alessandro was great on 9/2/25, food came super quick and I love how you can see the pasta being made fresh. We had a reservation on the same day and the table was ready very quickly

We came here for lunch on 09/02/25 food was delicious and our server alessandro was very quick and attentive. Overall definitely a must have place, they make the pasta right in front of you, just be sure to make a reservation.

I have been to this restaurant once before in Milano and it was just as good in Rome. The pasta is the perfect al dente. The service could have been a little bit better but overall a good experience.

08/02/2025: Guys, you can't make me pay 16 euros for a small plate that you call a cutting board with a slice of mortadella (finely cut), three slices of salami and two of ham for 6 people, and not even 15 euros for what you always call a cutting board but it's the usual little plate with 4 transparent slices of cheese. Not even!
