Chic restaurant. It's soft shell crab season and they are great here. The oysters are always at the highest level 👍👌 and in general this is the best restaurant in Venice, for my taste 👌👌👌

The best food in Italy, delicious dishes, exceptional staff, I arrived by coincidence but it was a magnificent coincidence

Had a lovely meal with exceptional food and very attentive service.

A place with a claim. I booked through Google Maps, they responded promptly. We were greeted warmly, all the waiters are incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurant is not the biggest, the atmosphere is pleasant, there is a small, wonderful terrace overlooking the canal. They kindly offered prosecco for an aperitif. Then they brought a bread basket, although it did not contain the most delicious bread. But the Sauvignon Blanc was wonderful. And, despite the fact that I ordered a glass, they opened a new, perfectly chilled bottle in front of me. The thin grissini were the best. First they brought a compliment: arancini mini with basil cream. As an appetizer, I ordered baby squid with mashed peas. Well... the dish is about nothing. For main course - eel. It completely copied the banal unagi in marinade and glazing. Garnish: mashed potatoes. The portion is not very big. Not a masterpiece either. The choice of millefeuille with orange cream for dessert was disappointing. The dough was too dry and there was a hint of salt; only the orange cream was tasty. We must pay tribute to the waiter: in response to my comment, he brought me a wonderful piece of homemade Colombo for coffee and deducted dessert from the bill. Overall, overpriced. I wouldn't go a second time.

We had a recommendation from Andrew Harper Travel in the U.S. When I tired to book online it was vague if I had a reservation confirmed or not. So I had to visit the restaurant during the day to make sure I had the dinner reservation. When I went t there one of the owner’s sons told me I had to agree to pay 30 Euros per person in case I had to cancel, which I gladly obliged on the spot. When we went there for dinner we were given the least desirable table and was told that we had to care in less than two hours, which we agreed. The food was great and the servers were attentive. When we asked for the check the problem started. They have charged me for something that I did not order and after three times that I returned the check for adjustment I finally got the accurate amount. I am hoping that they made honest mistakes for the first couple of times but when we had to return the bill for the third time I felt either they were extremely disorganized or they intentionally overcharged us(I hope they didn’t). All I can say to the customers who dine there please make sure you check the bill thoroughly so that you don’t get overcharged.

Excessive prices for good food. I made a reservation for four people on the restaurant's website with the obligation to guarantee the reservation with a charge of 200 euros (50 euros per person) on a credit card. This already made me feel bad but I booked anyway, aware of the bad habits that unfortunately have now become widespread in some catering establishments. Once we arrive at the restaurant we are greeted by the staff, who are undoubtedly kind and professional. After taking a look at the menu (not particularly rich but this wouldn't mean anything in itself) we order three first courses (one of which is gluten free) including 1 bigolo in sauce and 2 spaghetti with ancient grains with seafood, a fried of fish, two desserts, house wine (a soave with a commercial value of around 13 euros almost tripled in the restaurant list), a bottle of water. Before the meal we were offered a small entree (a taste of spaghetti) which was good. The bread and focaccia are both homemade with sourdough, as are the breadsticks: good. The dishes ordered were certainly well executed, especially the frying, but not "exciting" and, in any case, not such as to justify the bill paid. All a bit exaggerated.

Everything was delicious except for the one dish out of 12 that we ordered (all 10 our friends agreed). Service was impeccable. Price was correct; the wine menu is great. Atmosphere and restaurant styling is on point.

Best meal so far in Italy. Every course was beautifully executed and tasted divine. One member inour party does not eat seafood and they were able to customize dishes to accommodate his needs.

I was visiting Venice, had heard good things about this restaurant earlier in the day and hoped by arriving promptly at 7:00 pm, that it was possible to be seated without a reservation. Fortunately they were very accommodating. The service was first rate. The good was excellent and perfectly fresh. This is not an “in your face” restaurant. The food is traditional and exquisitely prepared with delicious flavors that are subtle and complimentary to each other, with an outstanding wine list. It is quaintly located in the smallest alleys, which adds to its Venetian charm.
