Our favorite restaurant in Rome! We came 3 times on a 6 day trip. There were always locals inside. Authentic food, helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere. I recommend the saltimbocca and the amatriciana.

Excellent restaurant just steps from the Vatican. A very friendly team; they were about to close but welcomed us with a smile. Bruschette al pomodoro, pasta, and the chef's tiramisu...EXCELLENT! Highly recommended!

Osteria 65 is a true gem of Roman cuisine. We ate divinely at lunch: every dish reflects tradition, flavor, and attention to detail. Carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana… everything was cooked to perfection. No dish escaped the mopping up, a sign that the kitchen here truly excels. Friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and more than fair prices. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic Roman cuisine. 🍝👏

A charming place, a short walk from the Vatican exit, but worth it! Authentic Roman food, reasonable prices, very friendly service (they speak English), and you can pay by card. I recommend the delicious tiramisu!

Qui si può assaporare l'essenza della vera cucina romana: il locale è arredato con un gusto rustico che gli si addice perfettamente.La cucina, anche se può sembrare "spartana", è invece di alto livello: ogni piatto è cucinato e presentato con cura, e in ogni boccone potrete sentire il vero sapore dei migliori ingredienti.I vini sono eccezionali, il personale simpatico e gentile ed il conto più che onesto.Provatelo!

After being recommended by another family at our hotel pool, we checked this place out. We are so glad that we did! The food was amazing and the service was great. We enjoyed their Bruschetta, Carbonara, and Caccio e Pepe. For those wanting a but but rustic tradition, try their appetizer trio of tripe, pork rind, and lamb innards. Also, don't skip their Prosciutto (ham) and dessert. Finally, besides the food... The staff was so kind and attentive. That's a rarity in a large European city. Highly recommend you don't miss this gem!
