we had dinner last night at this place. very attentive service, quiet and peaceful place. delicious dinner, from the entrée (kindly offered by them) to the final dessert. highly recommended!

Those who, like myself, expect to eat in a classic Tuscan tavern/trattoria, misled by the name of the place, will be disappointed at first but will certainly, as my positive experience confirms, feel very satisfied at the end of the meal. As soon as you enter the lilac colored door you have the impression of entering an exhibition of works of art. Crossing the beautiful floor you can admire the ribbed ceiling with well-restored exposed bricks and several paintings on the walls by contemporary artists. The well-spaced tables are very tastefully furnished using designer tableware. The culinary proposals, both fish and meat, are all very interesting, non-trivial and well executed. The wine list is also very interesting. Good value for money. The only flaw is the long time between one course and another which however does not affect the positive experience of which I was the protagonist. Also because, to be honest, my table was made up of nine people each with different dishes.

Chi si aspetta, come il sottoscritto di mangiare in una classica osteria/trattoria toscana, fuorviati dal nome del locale, rimarrà all’inizio deluso ma sicuramente, come lo conferma la mia positiva esperienza, si sentirà molto soddisfatto alla fine del pasto. Appena si varca la porta di color lilla si ha l’impressione di entrare in una esposizione di opere d’arte. Attraversando il bel pavimento si può ammirare il soffitto a vela con mattoni a vista ben restaurati e diverse quadri alle pareti di artisti contemporanei. I tavoli ben distanziati sono arredati in modo molto fine utilizzando vasellame di design. Le proposte culinarie sia di pesce che di carne sono tutte molto interessanti, non banali e ben eseguite. Anche la carta dei vini è molto interessante. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. L’unica pecca sono i tempi lunghi tra una portata e l’altra che però non inficia la positiva esperienza di cui sono stato protagonista.anche perché, ad onor del vero, la mia tavolata era composta da nove persone ognuna con piatti diversi.

se una cucina puó essere paragonata a una creazione artistica è proprio in questa osteria che si entra in una affascinante galleria! ogni volta è una esperienza diversa e ammaliante. consiglio di provare e riprovare!!

Warm and welcoming location with great attention to detail. Excellent food, very clean bathroom and furnished with particular attention (and this says a lot....)
