As often happens in my travels, the best places are the ones I stumble upon by pure luck, and this spot was no exception. Our original restaurant couldn’t accommodate a table for five, but this place welcomed us and made room without hesitation. The space is small but cozy, and the food was truly exceptional. The standout dish was the octopus: easily the best I’ve ever had. It was incredibly tender, almost melting in your mouth, which is impressive considering how tough and chewy octopus can be when not cooked properly. We also ordered the ravioli, bao, lamb chops, and cacio e pepe, and every dish was thoroughly enjoyed by our group. We selected a bottle of white wine that was so good we ended up ordering a second. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable evening for all of us.

An exceptional gem, discovered by chance at the end of service after visiting St. Mark's Square. A small restaurant tucked away in an alley perpendicular to the main shopping street. Beautifully presented and delicious dishes paired with excellent wines. Besides being high-quality, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

A welcome change from the culinary monotony of Venice. Great ambiance, attentive service, a good wine selection, and skillful presentation of solid, reliable cuisine. Highly recommended is the liver on a bed of polenta, accompanied by fried corn cakes and tiramisu – layered here, not served in a glass. And all at reasonable prices.

The food was amazing, orgazmic and beyond expectations, but, unfortunately Giacomo, the waiter was unprofessional, rude and not suitable for the restaurant of that quality.

If you're looking for a really good restaurant at a reasonable price with top-notch service that doesn't try to upsell you on the most expensive wine but offers excellent recommendations, go for it. It's right next to the center, in a small cul-de-sac, 50 meters from the luxury boutiques. Perfect for a romantic dinner, and the staff is incredibly attentive. A bit of a serendipitous find, and what a delightful surprise! I thank them for the two wonderful evenings we spent there.

We would have loved to eat there...but couldn't get a seat. You should probably make a reservation even in October.

Wonderful restaurant with great food, the staff is very nice. I would come back to Venice just to dine here again.

Llegamos allí por recomendación de un local, y eso era todo lo que necesitábamos. Su cerdo ibérico era una maravilla para contemplar (y comer) , los vinos estaban perfectamente maridados, y su Tiramisu “Mille - Feuilles” era un golpe de genialidad. Además, el personal, además de ser amable y bien informado, estaba más que dispuesto a darnos la bienvenida a pesar de no tener reserva, algo que es lo suficientemente raro para mencionar.

Locale quasi nascosto dietro piazza San Marco, molto carino ed accogliente. Ottima qualità del cibo e presentazione dei piatti. Abbiamo iniziato con un aperitivo in piedi su un tavolino riservato, crostini tipici e bollicine. Cena al tavolo. Molto gentili e cortesi i titolari che ci hanno aiutati a scegliere i vini . Ci sentivamo a casa… torneremo
