Siamo ancora a tavola ma mi sento già di consigliare l'osteria da Angela.
Ambiente familiare e accogliente.
Ho assaggiato la loro specialità, la crescentona accompagnata da salumi, friggione, giardiniera e altre ghottonerie.

A corner of paradise,
The trattoria is a hidden gem surrounded by greenery, where every dish tells a story of authentic flavors and expert hands.
The tagliatelle with ragù are a triumph: handmade pasta, ragù that cooks slowly like it used to be.
But the real queen of the house is the crescentona, warm, tall, fragrant... impossible to stop eating it!
And then there's Angela, the owner, who is the soul of the place: welcoming, genuine, always with a smile and a kind word. Her passion is felt in every detail, from the kitchen to the atmosphere.
Here you eat well and leave satisfied.
The last gem is the lotteries, for charity, with beautiful artisanal prizes.

Trattoria with traditional and typical mountain cuisine.
Few courses but of excellent quality and flavour, the best dish in my opinion is only the crescentine (fried dumpling) which, as per mountain tradition, are gigantic and served with many side dishes.
An excellent place to spend a dinner with your family or relatives at an exceptional value for money.
This restaurant also has a historical value for the area, not only for the dishes but also for the history it brings with it.

Simple and spartan but authentic and welcoming environment. Very good homemade bread. The tasting of soup offered at the beginning of the meal was very welcome. Excellent tortellini but I think it would be worth tasting them with a good traditional broth as well as bean broth... The crescentone are exceptional, but the cured meats are only of sufficient quality: I think the choice should be more varied and careful, adding coppa, pancetta, good mortadella and salami in larger slices... In addition to the stracchino I would also add some local cheese. The giardiniera is excellent and the jam and hazelnut cream are good, all homemade. The bill is absolutely adequate and can be raised a little if needed to increase the quality and variety of the cured meats. Courteous and approachable service.
