Delightful restaurant in a small village in the Apennines: Roncastaldo - Loiano. The specialty is a crescentona with cold cuts, but the first courses are also excellent, especially the bean broth with spelled. To accompany the crescentona, try the strictly homemade giardiniera... very good!!!! Angela and her very good boys

Everything super good from the soup served at the beginning, the crescentone super super super.....the first courses like the tagliatelle, stuffed ravioli, super good....and the very fast service...the only flaw was not the super mascarpone cheese....
Highly recommended....
And also the low prices....

Splendid place on the hills in the province of Bologna, with indoor and outdoor tables. Very welcoming staff and super helpful even towards vegetarians 💞 delicious, organic and natural food. Excellent raw materials! Everything was delicious, we will definitely be back

Small family-run restaurant without too many pretensions but with excellent traditional cuisine. I recommend the crescentina with the various sauces and cured meats, perhaps the best I've ever eaten

All excellent home cooking at km 0 from first courses to second courses - the cold, thinly sliced pork loin was superb! The pastas are all made with cereals from the mill near IL POGGIOLONE (in Loiano, where you can buy ready-made wholemeal flours). Don't miss the Crescent Gigante - Crescents to eat with pickles in oil, pickles, cured meats and cocoa cream that they make themselves. OPEN AT MIDDAY FOR WORKING LUNCH.

Food done properly, maintaining local traditions and products. Very nice Angela! And then I love small villages with paths surrounded by nature all around! I also purchased artisanally made flour and hazelnut cream. And they make a magnificent crescent with cured meats, homemade giardiniera and stracchino, jams... all so good that I can't wait to go back! See you soon. Enrico and Francesca

Siamo stati a cena dalla gentilissima signora Angela...che dire ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
Cucina Semplicemente straordinaria con prodotti propri bio di qualità eccelsa.
Ritorneremo sicuramente presto augurandoci di farlo il prima possibile.
