The specialty is the Crescentona with cured meats, cheeses, and pickled vegetables. All the ingredients are homemade and of excellent quality, but we found the price a bit steep (€39 for two). We also ordered tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms; for the area, we expected better, but in this case the price was right (€11).

A place where courtesy, cleanliness, and authenticity are paramount, in an Apennine setting, you'll find this simple yet absolutely unpretentious establishment.
After sampling the bean and spelt soup, each of us indulged in an interesting and quality selection of first courses.
Homemade bread made with local flours.
Then, you can't help but try the crescentone served with cured meats, crescenza, a delicious homemade giardiniera, an Oscar-winning friggione, and homemade jam and hazelnut spread.
Homemade desserts round out the meal.
We'll definitely be back.
After so many well-deserved compliments, we also have two small pieces of advice that we're sure will be taken constructively.
The cold cuts, aside from the homemade pork loin, didn't seem to be up to the quality of everything else. In addition to prosciutto and dried sausage, we would have liked to have cracklings, pancetta, and coppa di testa.
There's a difference between an illustrated lemon sorbet and a scoop of lemon ice cream.
We'll be happy to see you next time, but this time we'll try to limit the loud music.

A quiet, family-friendly place in the small, magical Roncastaldo. Always remember to book before you go. They offer delicious traditional dishes, including very good fresh pasta in generous portions.
Angela's specialty is the crescentona. It's served with excellent homemade giardiniera, superb friggione, delicious homemade pork loin, and a selection of cold cuts. This is the sore point: the cold cuts are unfortunately of average quality. If they were excellent, I think Angela would be unrivaled because the prices are reasonable and the crescentona is unique and delicious. The desserts are also very good and authentic.

Da provare la specialità, la Crescentino, accompagnata da salumi.formaggio, giardiniera ottima, friggione strepitoso, marmellata e salsa di nocciola squisite.
Ottimi anche i primi.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo ancora a tavola ma mi sento già di consigliare l'osteria da Angela.
