We went for lunch on Sunday, and were greeted with a smile. Excellent, well-explained recommendations were given, along with wine pairings! Excellent food quality, beautifully presented! Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a truly excellent truffle-based culinary experience, Cuore Piccante is a must-visit. A small osteria located in the heart of Foligno's historic center, where you're greeted by attentive and thoughtful service. You can immediately sense the chef—and owner—deeply loves his work and enjoys experimenting.
For first courses, we chose the tagliolini with white truffle, perfectly creamed, and the ravioli with ciauscolo, a dish we recommend without hesitation.
For second courses, we ordered the baked egg with white truffle, served on a delicate cabbage and potato mousse, and the guinea fowl with pistachios, accompanied by cooked vegetables and a simply amazing fennel and coffee flan.
Before the first courses, the chef delighted us with homemade bread and a small appetizer consisting of a creamy legume soup with Jerusalem artichokes; For me, too, a delicious stracciatella mousse, again with Jerusalem artichokes.
A truly spectacular dinner, which we wholeheartedly recommend.

An exceptional experience in the heart of Foligno. A charming and welcoming little place where the customer is the center of attention. The food was truly excellent, and the staff and chef (who came to the table to explain each course on the menu) were exceptional and incredibly helpful! We went with friends by reservation, but I'm not sure if it's necessary. The menu, written on one of the walls, offers a choice between meat and fish dishes. You're welcomed to your table with a small entree and breadsticks (also delicious), which you can nibble on throughout the meal. The care and attention to detail shines through not only in the appearance of the dishes, but especially in their flavor. Two particular highlights: the bread served to accompany the dishes—basically bite-sized pieces of dough flavored in various ways, truly delicious—and the pre-dessert: a Bayley's cream. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!

Truly an extraordinary surprise. I found it by chance during a visit to Foligno, and I consider it one of the best places I've eaten in Umbria this year. First of all, the atmosphere. The chef makes you feel at home and dedicates his time and attention to you. Food is always a matter of taste, of course, but the three friends who were there, who've been to a lot of restaurants, looked at each other with surprise and enthusiasm at every dish that arrived.
In short, highly recommended. There are those who show off in this era of Michelin-starred restaurants, and those who, having fun, just do the work.

We were a large group with a pre-set menu, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. For the first course, we were served a meat and chestnut risotto, which was very well made and had excellent flavor. For the second course, we had meat with a side of vegetables. It was turkey, and it was very tasty. I was truly surprised, as we had gone to other places with a pre-set menu before and had never found this level of quality.
It’s true that I missed having the dessert included in the menu, since we had to pay for it separately. At least in Spain, we are used to menus including dessert.
