At this osteria/pizzeria, not only do you eat very well, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes, but you're also welcomed by extremely kind, helpful, and, above all, highly trained staff. A special mention goes to Sara, whom I already knew as a wonderful person and who, once again, proved to be extraordinarily attentive and sensitive to the needs of her guests. Her professionalism, combined with her ability to listen, understand, and meet the needs of those in front of her, truly makes the difference. Sara doesn't just do her job with great skill: she puts an authentic part of herself into what she does, demonstrating a rare sensitivity and humanity. It's precisely this sincere attention to people, in addition, of course, to the quality of the food and service, that makes the experience even more enjoyable.
