Non conoscevo questa trattoria nella zona di monte budello. Menù ampio con in questo periodo molte portate con porcini o tartufo. Infatti ho assaggiato come antipasto strudel con speck e formaggio atomatizzato al tartufo, come primo tagliatelle al tartufo e ci siamo divise tre dolci (crostata, tortino con cuore tenero di cioccolato e dolce doppio cioccolato e cialda croccante). Tutto molto buono. Locale carino, prezzi medio alti, da riprovate in estate mangiando fuori nella terrazza.

Finding a good restaurant in Vignola is not necessarily that simple. We were advised by Alpenice and we did not regret it. The quantities are impressive and the quality is there. Nice location on the roof top.

Location far from the traffic and bustle of the city, Clò di breathes clean and pleasant air. The place has space both inside and on the terrace outside, which is very suggestive. Menu with varied choice of starters, first and second courses, each better than the other, even the side dishes are definitely worth trying. The wine list also offers refined bottles suitable for every dish. Fast service and attentive to customer requests: the table was shaking and they made sure to fix it promptly. Bill proportionate to the offer, the dishes are of high quality and the price is right. Super recommended!

Excellent tigelle and crescentine with abundant high quality salami. The first courses are also very good. Nice place nestled in the hills.

In places like these it is difficult to choose where to start from to speak well of them given that they were perfect in everything. Waiters were super helpful in helping us with dishes since there were those among us who were lactose intolerant. Fun and classic menu, honest price and eating on the terrace is always nice. Highly recommended

Beautiful location on the hills of Valsamoggia, we ate really well, dishes with a lot of quality and made with exceptional raw materials, gnocco and tigelle with delicious cured meats, in my opinion good value for money, we will be back.

Locale storico, aperto dal 1956, sulle colline sopra a Bazzano. Oggi ampliato e rinnovato e con un menù rivisitato e ampliato (vedi foto) che propone piatti tradizionali ed altri particolari, interessanti. Buona carta dei vini anche se consiglio, visto il menù, un bel Lambrusco semi secco Qualità/prezzo a mio vedere molto buona, servizio cortese ed abbastanza veloce. Dispongono di una bella sala interna, invernale, ed una ampia sala estiva all'aparto; in antrambe possono trovare posto anche tavolate numerose. Locale adatto a gruppi di amici ma anche a coppie o pranzi/cene di lavoro... ottimo anche per festeggiare ricorrenze di vario genere, comunque sempre in ambito informale ma di ottimo livello. Provare per credere.

31/07/2024: Typical food, quiet location, obviously excellent tagliatelle with meat sauce, the staff is friendly and likes to entertain customers
26/07/2024: Osteria, with typical Bolognese cuisine, very nice and well kept inside. I stopped for dinner, together with a work colleague of mine, the dishes ordered were all very good, the only flaw (alas) was the green tortelli filled with bacon, which I found almost tasteless, on the other hand, however, the crostini with mortadella mousse, the Bolognese cutlet and the carpaccio with burrata are very, very good! I advise!

RISTORANTE LA SCUDERIA

28/11/2024: Went here for our Thanksgiving lunch after first visiting the Rocca di Dozza (castle). It is off season and did not appear to be crowded but they asked if we had a reservation and sure enough the place filled up quickly. The staff was each uniformly courteous and helpful and friendly. The spacing of the tables, table cloths, napkins, bathroom facilities etc. are all first rate for this region. We had an excellent lunch of an antipasti artichoke salad and two interesting primis (one pasta, one polenta) and two glasses of wine for a very reasonable price compared to similar meals in the Bologna region. This was very authentic and memorable. Of course the setting alone - sitting on the closed in patio right in front of the castle is without compare. We felt very lucky that the place we just picked due to location turned out to be so good.
15/11/2024: Per una gita di qualche ora visitando questo bellissimo borgo, ci fermiamo qui a mangiare con un amico. Prendiamo un piatto di garganelli alla boscaiola, un piatto di crescentine con salumi e un piatto di fritti misti. Devo dire che tutto il cibo è stato buono, personale molto cordiale e servizio anche veloce, posto rustico in pieno centro e prezzi nella media quindi approvato
